Alright so I just got Modern Warfare 3 which is Call of duty 8. Call of duty 9 will obviously be made by treyarch as treyarch and infinity ward take turns at making the game. So if infinity ward did get to make another game it would be call of duty 10.

With MW3 I got the steel disk holder which holds your modern warfare collection, but it has 4 disk slots and there have only been 3 games so far... Does this mean that there will eventually be a modern warfare 4? What does everyone reckon?

Alright so I brought an hdmi female to DVI male adapter for my monitor, however I have run into a problem. The DVI male is a DVI-I and my monitor is a DVI-D. See this link for pictures;

Basically from what I understand the only thing those four pins do is run analog signals, which my monitor does not require I do not think, as it is only a year old. So would I be able to remove pins C1, C2, C3, and C4 and everything will be alright (see below link for reference)? I wanted to hear someone else's opinion on this before I did it.

Alright so I have the LG p990 Optimus 2X phone and it is running android 2.2.2. I have a good warranty on it so I do not want to root it and custom install android 2.3 because then I will break the warranty.

However my dad has the exact same phone and his is running android 2.3? Why is this? How can I upgrade to 2.3

I can not get hardly any sound from the subwoofer when I am playing music, however when I use my sound cards channel tester for the bass it comes out completely fine and loud? Why is this please help.

Alright so my amplifier has one female RCA connection on the back of it for bass pre out, but my bass has two inputs (one left and one right) for the pre out. How can I connect the bass and the amplifier?

Hi, I want to connect 5.1 sound from my computer to my amplifer. On the back of the amplifer there is a section for 5.1 input but it is in RCA. There is a white and red RCA for front, a grey and blue RCA for surround, a green RCA for centre and a purple RCA for bass. I was wondering where I would get all these cables and does it matter what colour the cables are? Could I just use red RCA cables for all the connections? Thanks.

Alright so I have some 120 watt speakers 8 ohms. I want to run them off speaker wire that is 7 meters long. I was wondering what would be the minimum AWG size I could use? Would I notice much of a quality difference from AWG 19 to AWG 14?

Hey I was just wondering what sort of speaker wire I should use. I want the best type of wire I can get with out costing to much. What will be good for me, I have 25-95 watt 8 ohms speakers.

Would AWG 18 be good enough or do I need better wire?

when connecting terminal speakers with speaker wire I heard that you have to cut all of the wire the same length? is this true or not?

It would be pretty annoying for me as I only need 3 meters for the front two and centre but I need 6-7 meters for the rear two.

Alright so my amp has 5 speaker terminals (2 back, 2 front and 1 centre) and it has a pre out for the sub.

This is no good because my subwoofer is passive so I can not use the subwoofer pre out! :( Any ideas on how to wire this. Also if it was a active subwoofer what would I do, just run a cable from the amp to the subwoofer and use the 5 terminals on the amp?

On the back of the subwoofer there is one power connection that runs from the wall into it.

The ONLY other connector on it is a 3.5mm subwoofer input jack.

I know this is really weird for a subwoofer to use a 3.5mm jack (I have to use an adapater to connect it to the amp), but I was wondering if I needed to connect it to the subwoofer preout or the standard subwoofer?

What is the difference between a powered and passive sub woofer. Can you please explain it really simply.

So my amp has a left, right front terminal, a centre terminal and a left and right rear terminal.

It does not have a terminal for the bass speaker though. Does this mean I should just connect the bass speaker to the RCA socket on the amplifier? Would this work? Can you use a mix of terminal and RCA connections?

Alright so I am going to use 50/0.25 speaker wire or AWG 13 speaker wire to connect my speakers to my amp. Do you think this is good enough? They are 25-90 watt 8 ohms speakers.

If there is a better wire type for me to use please let me know.

Alright so I have heard that speaker wire does make a big difference in the quality of the sound.

I have also heard that the thicker the speaker wire is and the more copper wires it has inside it the better it is. This made me think, could you have a speaker wire that is too good and doesn't work or preform correctly.

I have a subwoofer that on the back has a subwoofer in 3.5mm jack, and a power connector. That is it. Do I need to run a cable from my amp's pre out or the amp's subwoofer out to the subwoofer?
