So he signed off and the case was closed last Thursday, I know that it will be fully favorable because he said pretty much that in the court room but Im wondering how long it will take to receive the back pay?

Ok so I went to my hearing infront of an ALJ today and the work guy was like oh she qualifies for these 3, and the judge was like well those include this and this and she cannot do that so mark those exclusions now what options does she have? the work guy was like no jobs available, and then the judge says ok well with that said you will receive a letter in the mail with my decision, what do you guys feel the decision will be?

My husbands ex wife takes him to court over anything he hasnt seen or heard from the chid since they were divoreced every time he tries to get her on contempt they deny it he constantly has to pay purges for his child support because he refuses to pay with nothing on her end, now we cannot pay our bills because of the latest purge, is there something I can sue her for because my two children live with us and I cant pay my electric or stuff like that?

I gave up on using them for ovulation cause maybe my timing wasnt right but the test line was always lighter then the control line, well Im 12 DPO and yesterday I did one and the test line was lighter, but today I did one and at first the test line was darker then the control line then I waited a few more minutes, and they are kinda equally as dark, someone please help and no false promises! I just turned 31, and have always been like 130-150 depending on how much I pig out, i hit 30 and my metabolism quit on me I have gained A LOT of weight and would like to loose it really fast, I stepped on the scale the other day and about cried, can someone help me? My husband is a junk food junkie too so that doesnt help, but I do have will power and say no unless he shoves it in my mouth playing around, and its not that he wants me this way vs my normal way cause he even says for my health he will work out with me, he is trying to gain but thats not my focus my focus is to loose and loose fast! please someone help me get happy with myself again!
