I have a basset hound pit mix that I am fostering. The problem is her excessive scratching. We did find that she does have an allergy in her food so we switched her to grain free (we are feeding her raw) food. The thing is, she won't stop scratching. She gets a benadryl in the morning, one at night. She gets fish oil, vitamin e oil, a multivitamin, vitamin c in her food and wears a tshirt to stop her from itching. I bet this would all help if her skin were given time to heal but she isn't letting it happen. She is digging right through the shirt! I've tried baths, putting ointment on the worst spots. I don't want to put hydrocortisone cream on until it heals for fear of infection so what else can I do?! At this point, even as cute as she is, no one is going to want to adopta dog with her skin issues like it is and I can't adopt her out in the state she is in. I need her healthy! The skin is getting better now that she is on grain free but she wont let it heal completely!

Ive been working at this place since december. I have worked my butt off doing what I do. I was absolutely hated when i started and even though it was hard, I kept going. Now from what I gather I am well liked. By everyone except my boss I think. Since the beginning, he has been making little comments. At first they were funny because I blew them off as a joke. But he has been saying that I am in love or whatever. I am in a relationship with my childrens father, not always a happy one but still. Everytime I mention or defend on of my male coworkers, my boss says its because I have the hots for them. Then last week I had stopped my direct deposit because I was leaving my bf and he asked if I was leaving him for another male coworker because I was in love with him. Obviously that wasn't it but I blew it off. A couple weeks ago another male coworker was fired. For reasons I cannot understand but I had went to the boss and told him my side of the story and told him that I was equally to blame while temporarily frustrated. And he just brushed it off. Well this weekend he had mentioned something about the coworker and all i said was I never had a problem with him. Maybe because we were so similar and we got along. Then my boss says because you were in love with him. Now the guy is younger than me by like 5 years. But its constant. Saying its because I have the hots for this guy or that guy. And it seems like he targets me out. Like if me and the current girl are working and were doing the same thing, then Ill be in trouble but she wont. And I confronted him about out and he laughed and said maybe he just likes her more. Ive asked to begin training on somehing in Jaunary when I quit my second job and I have yet to be fully trained on it. I have given my two weeks notice before but took it back when he slowed my hours down. I was working too much. It just seems like I have made him mad or something. I can't understand why he doesn't like me. I come in on ime, I barely call out. I think ive left twice for being sick since being there and once for a family emergency. I go in on my days off if they need me. I get the job done and work all the hours they give me. So after debating it, I decide to give my two weeks again just because Im tired of dealing with it. Now he wants to talk me out of it and telling me that he wants me to stay but I am too chicken to confront him about about all of this. Its just really frustrating. Now he wants to talk but I am afraid if I do it face to face then I will chicken out with the whole truth. I just wanted him to take the damn two weeks notice and not talk about it. I am torn. Why is he doing this and what should I do?
