Should I rent space for disaster recovery? and if not what an alternative?
My current IT vendor thinks we should pay $2600 a month for rental space to have a disaster recovery office. This space consists of 5 work stations. We currently have almost 100 employees. The DR space is also less than 30 minutes away from our current office. It seems like this is a waste for the business. To be clear I'm not referring to rental space for server redundancy, this is specifically for work stations.
