I just recently discovered that my vocal range is from A1 to D#6. How many octaves would that be? And would that be more than average?

I've had acne ever since i was 8 & now I'm 13 & it hasn't gotten better over the years. I've tried a lot of naural home remedies & none of them helped. I don't have time & can't afford to go see a dermatologist. I've tried a lot of things. If u can plz write down any natural home remedies that actually work cuz I've tired sugar, lemon, yogurt etc.... or any acne product that helps ( & plz don't say to try proactive because it doesn't work on everyone & it won't on me.. trust me) I've had enough & I'm tired of ppl insulting becuz of my acne.
