Is there a bus or train route that will go to or near Laughlin?

I'm thinking of going there and I don't drive.

In this month's(January 2012) First magazine, Dr Oz recommends a brand of african mango seeds for weight loss and trimming the waistline that have been clinically proven. He cautions that not all brands include the same nutrients, and the doctor only endorses one brand. Does anyone know which one? Thanks.

Anyone (esp. in California) who has a strong opinion about this, please! What are the best flavors at wingstop? There are so many-cajun, bbq, terayaki, atomic, and some of them sound similar.

Also, would you choose the boneless or regular wings?

A few years ago, (fair skinned).people ages 40 and up had wrinkles and lots of little lines on their faces, Now even 60-70 year olds get botox and have that creepy shiny skin or the puffy cheeks but with saggy jaws and wrinkled necks. But it looks weird and they aren't fooling anyone, so why do they do it?

I'I like the Naked Chef style, looking for basics, like pasta, casseroles, main courses etc. I bought a book of his but gave it away b/c the entrees were mainly huge hunks of meat like roasts and a whole baked chicken, stuff i would never cook.

A few years ago I saw a J. Oliver book that included dishes like chicken tikka masala, fish & chips. That's the kind of food I'm looking for.

Any recommendations?

Besides succotash and besides soups. I'd like to find a meal that has a lot of vegetables, but it doesnt have to be vegetarian.
