i have a shi tzu that has something in his eye(s) my mom and brother think it is just a hair but i think it is a worm does anyone know how to tell between a hair or a wornm and if it is a worm what is it called?? please answer as fast as you can thanxs :)

ok i dont have any excercise equiptment and i weigh 250 pounds and im 13 years old my mom say to walk around the block will work about 30-45 minutes a day and dont eat anything that is sweet like choclte and donuts,etc. but the thing is it is too hot outside right now and hiow do i stop those huge chocalate cravings plz help thanx.(plz give positive answers my selfesteem is already low enough from being fat.)
