im trying to put on some weight im 5''10 and 140 pounds i look skinny

i want to put on atleast 30 pounds over the next 3 months

how much weight can i gain if i eat 4000 calories a day?

btw im 21yrs old and African American

Im leaving for army basic training on jan 19 2011 heading out to Fort Jackson,Sc and im going to Fort Lee,Va for 92y (unit supply specialist)

I'm 5''10 and weigh around 145 kinda skinny i think... i was wondering is it possible to gain at least 15 pounds in Army Basic training? and im 21yrs old

my dream weight is 175 that's what i want to get too.. Lately i've been eatting allot of food like wheat bread,eggs, and some other meats. i don't have a gym to go too either

2.well i look different if i gain that much weight like will my face fatten up and look more defined cause i kinda got a slim skinny face?

3.and i also have a tattoo on my upper left arm well it messed up if i gain 30 pounds?

im 5'10 and weigh around 145 but i was sick and lost about 20pounds but now im well the thing is now my penis look waay smaller and skinner now since i lost so much weight why did this happen?

and im trying to put my weight back on plus another 30 pounds so i would weigh 175 by the end of next july 2011 how could i go about doing this
