I started talking to a girl at work a few weeks ago, we would text and talk all the time from sun up to sun down... Then, one day she didn't reply to a text, then another, and another. When I saw her at work she would hardly look at me and seemed to be avoiding working around me. I asked a few people what her deal was, and they said another guy we work with told her that I said some things about her I never said. I then asked her what was up with the silent treatment. She gave me some mumbled bs answer... I cut her off with a, 'whatever', and havent talked to her since. She texted me tonight at 9:40pm, "so whyd you stop talkin to me?" (I haven't talked or texted with her since nov.16)

She's a good girl, and way cool, but she's almost 5 years younger, I worry there could be more of this high school type crap to come.

Should I text her back?? or talk to her tom. at work??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated... feel free to express questions, comments, concerns, or qualms

I'm 24, she's says it's so if there is an emergency and my phone is dead so she can call, but I think she will use the numbers to find out where I and what I'm doing in nonergency situations just to ease her own mind

I fell in love with a beautiful young law student, with panic, anxiety and depression issues....big mistake, We've been together for almost 4 months. She got a text message one night from a guy named Jesse who she had never told me about. Then I found some pictures of him on her phone. I'm the guy she spends all her nights with, but I never knew what she was doing during the day, outside of school. I always trusted her, b/c I trust myself not to screw up a good thing. I confronted her about this guy, she said she'd call him and tell him to knock it off. She says she did, but two weeks later she still gets texts that make it sound as though they talk during the mornings. I broke up with the Friday after last. Then we got back together the following Tuesday... I was at her place, all this weekend, including today.

Here's the new more relevant details... On Sunday she had me meet her at a bar across the street from my place at 7. She said she was studying and having a drink. I went there and we had a serious talk about our relationship. She didn't want me seeing other people, I told her I want the same thing. We both then and there agreed not to see other people while we get back to what we had previously in our relationship. There was a guy there that had spoken to her briefly while we were sitting together. It was clear what he wanted. When she went to check out she sat directly across an island from him. It was taking forever for her to get her check, so I went down to the end of the bar got the bartenders attention (who's a good friend) and told her to check my GF out so that guy can't talk with her anymore. I then stepped outside for a smoke. When I came back in she looked a little suprised I was still there, and then she proceeded to introduce me to the guy she met, Andy. She said, "Andy was about to have a smoke with us." I knew exactly what was up. We left the bar, I went to her place and we had sex. I remember her saying before we started, in a playful tone, "well, I guess if you aren't seeing anyone else." Then Monday comes, and I don't hear a word from her all day. She calls me at 730 saying she's across the street studying at the bar. I meet up with her we go back to her place, the night ran like it always does, and she fell asleep. I had a bad feeling in my gut about this Andy guy, so I check her cell phone... She originally tried having him meet up with her Monday at the bar at 7, a day after our talk agreeing not to see other people... and sex. (I WAS THE ALTERNATE!) Since they couldn't meet yesterday, they are going to meet up tonight at 7 at the bar. What should I do? What is a good way to confront her and expose her for the liar and cheat she is?
