I'm a woman who was born transsexual; I'm lesbian; I'm in a long-term relationship (28 years so far ;)). I'm a clinical specialist in surgery and anaesthesia (not as interesting as it sounds). In my time, I've been a soldier, a biker, a husband, and a father. I've lived in a house, a converted bus, and I've been homeless. I've been beaten almost to death, and I've been loved almost to obsession. If you email me, and I don't reply immediately, it doesn't mean I'm not going to. I receive 50-60 emails every day, and sometimes it takes me a little while to work through them. And if you want to email me, this may save us both some time; No, I won't date or marry you; No, I won't send you pictures of ANY part of my anatomy; and I don't follow your religion, so don't bother sending me quote from your holy book telling me how evil I am. Anything else you want to say will be taken on it's merits.
