How do I fix lag?
I always seem to lag on every game I play, no matter what. My ping is always at 30-35 ms and I get 60 FPS. What is causing it, and how do I fix it?

I got an HP desktop for schoolwork and minor gaming, and it still works fine after about three months, but the Internet on it has gotten quite slower as time has gone on. I tried the exact same games and programs on my laptop, and they run smoothly. I m thinking it has something to do with my PC s network reception. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

When I first got it from the person who sold it to me, I did a system restore and it got stuck in like some sort of screen where I needed something to start it up. I took it to the Apple Store and they fixed it. Now I'm worried that it will happen again. Also, it is from somewhere around 2009.
