I'm half Korean and half Chinese. If I competed in the Olympics, which country would I have to compete for? It's hard because I've lived in both countries for quite a long time. Would it anger the other country if I won?

I'm always worrying. Even about small things and I can't seem to forget about them and stop worrying. When I think about these worries I feel like I'm going to be sick. I also hate crowds and I'm extremely self conscious to the point where I stop doing things, like eating lunch, because it causes me anxiety. My mother seems to think I'm just 'tired' but I'm not o sure, as this has been going on for 3 years, but as worsened in the past month dramatically.

On a side note, I have a strange phobia of going upstairs alone, especially when its dark.I hate this and it's stopped me from doing a lot in the night.

Hi. Yesterday I was running in high heels (I'm stupid, I know) and I twisted my ankle. The pain started as soon as I put pressure on my ankle after that. It's not constant pain, more reactionary pain, although the main spot for pain is just above my actual ankle.
