I was playing my xbox 360 (halo 3 to be exact) when all of a sudden the screen began to display black and white lines going vertically up and down the screen. I could still make out the halo 3 matchmaking screen but it bothered me that the lines were there. Figuring that it might make a difference i switched to HD. That was when the xbox gave me the 1 single portion of the xbox power ring turned red. I switched back to regular T.V. and the screen displayed an error code entitled Error E 74 at the bottom of the screen and "contact customer support" written in many different languages. What my question is is do i have to send in my xbox to microsoft or is it just a problem with the A/V cable (because i have heard that can also trigger this error)

My friend is running windows vista on a laptop and has tried many times to download the maplestory game yet his parental setting prevent downloading of any kind. We have tried everything, is there any hope for my dear friend.

A friend of mine just recently got a laptop and tried to download a n online game to play with me but his parental controls will not allow him to download anything i mean anything. The controls are set at the highest security level. He obviously does not know the pass code to turn them off. Any ideas how he could install the game onto his computer?
