I am planning on splitting my workouts over 5 days and I am wondering if it's too much on my body.

I am planning on doing

Monday - Legs, biceps, abs

Tuesday - Chest and triceps

Wednesday - Back and shoulders

Thursday - Chest, biceps, triceps and legs

Friday - Back, shoulders, and abs

I know this may seem like a lot to most people but I feel a very strong desire to do this. I may calm down on the amount of reps and how often I take breaks during the workouts but is this too much? I have noticed that my body heals very quickly. I have also noticed that it is quite hard for me to get sore and even if I do happen to get sore, it goes away within that day. I am taking daily protein shakes and eating a strict (ish) diet. Would this be too much? Or would I have to just try it out for myself to see?

I'm looking for games on either IOS or online/PC in which you manage a team of RPG heroes or a team of fighters or... well a team in general.

For example. I currently am playing a game called Rivals At War on IOS and the main objective is to engage in these firefights with a team that ranges from classes like medics, snipers, breachers (noobtubers), sawgunners (mahine gunners), radiomen (normal infantry), and the commander. Your team of these infantrymen can be customized from headgear to personal physical stats of each man. The firefights can be watched but you have no control over the fight so it's basically your AI bots vs the opponents AI bots and whoever has the better stats wins.

I'm looking for more games like this. Please if anyone can recommend some.

I was thinking about combining my lightsworn deck with my agent deck. The lightsworns could mill out fairies for Hyperions effect. If I do mill judgement dragon or hyperion then I could use beckoning of light or monster reborn/reincarnation. Would this be a good idea? if yes are there any other possible combos?

So I want a deck that isn't all about attacking but more about effects and tricks, special summons out of nowhere and EFFECTS.

I kind of thought about making a Six Samurai deck but I don't like how it's mostly swarming the field with monsters. I think fish decks are ok and so are agent decks. I'm not sure what kind of deck I want to build.

I loved the action and romance/comedy in IS

I REALLY LOVED the romance/comedy in TWGOK

I guess I'm just a sucker for survival/zombie stuff haha

and the action and very interesting romance/comedy in Hidan No Aria

So I guess what I'm mostly interested in is an anime that has planty of action and adventure, but at the same time has a good amount of romance and comedy. I don't want straight up romance/comedy or action/adventure, I want a mash up of all 4! :D

i currently have a 300 gallon tank including:

1 Green Terror (4 inches)

1 Red Severum (6 inches)

2 Yellow Labs

4 Mbunas

2 Acei Cichlids

1 Red Jewel Cichlid

6 Brichardi (Fairy Cichlid)

All is going well, and yes i mixed south american and african cichlids and there doing perfectly fine so dont go all "holy crap you mixed two different regions of cichlids thats not good there going to die" well then too bad, all those fish have been there for at least 5 months. My GT is my oldest.

Now.

I want to add a schooling fish, since i like schooling fish and i want to add 10-12 tiger barbs. Is this ok? If not then what are other good schooling fish?

i have fungus on fish food stuck on my rocks and decor!!!!

my fish have been drastically affected by it!!!

there hiding alot more, only the angelfish and bolivian rams seem the best!!!

how can i get rid of the ever growing fungus without removing the food, since its too hard (tight spaces)

I currently hold a 300 gallon with the "top of the line" dry/wet filtration system.

Its tank mates are:

6 Angelfish ( 3 are 4 inches, 3 are 2 inches)

1 Red Severum ( Only 4 inches, and not as shy as i thought he would be)

2 Royal Pleco

1 Bolivian ram (Even though theres only one he's one of the most outgoing swimmers)

2 Cory cats

2 Blue Acaras (Extremely peaceful and still only 3 1/2 inches)

Now heres the question.

I want to add more cichlids. I might add a keyhole or two, or maybe a firmouth. I now these will do perfectly fine in my tank, the real problem is that i want to add a few africans.

I am thinking about adding the following:

2 Yellow labs (Heard there the most tolerant of the africans)

2 Acei's

3 Fairy cichlids (Brichardi, also heard that they do fairly well in any tank)

Theres a 90% chance i am going to do this, so dont tell me not to, cause im going to.

Just tell me what will happen once they meet there friends from across the world.

Tank info:

300 Gallons

Dry/wet filtration system

Lots of hiding spots (more rocks then needed)

Currently feeding them cichlid gold baby and mini pellets, algae disks, and tetrafin pellets

Sand gravel

Huge peice of driftwood
