My dog never barked & now he does ALL THE TIME..?
So I adopted a 6 year old pug mix a couple months ago & he is perfect. I take him on at least 2 walks a day & we usually see other dogs. He never used to bark at them, he would just sniff them & walk away. But now, he barks at EVERY SINGLE DOG. It's not even a friendly bark, it's an angry bark! I just want to know why the sudden change?? Help, thanks!!

I'm 17 yrs old & I have started going to the gym for 4-5 days every week for about 3 weeks now. I've cut back on the junk food & replaced them with healthy snacks (although i do give in to some sweets now & then..its really hard). I weigh about 145 & am 5'6".
When I go to the gym, I jog/walk whatever on the treadmill for about 25 mins. Then I'll do upper body one day & lower body the next..to give my muslces a day of rest.
Anyway..I haven't seen any difference yet. Am I losing fat & gaining muscle at the same time? If so I don't really see any difference yet. Will I notice a difference soon? Am I doing it all wrong?

I remember one time I was about 5-6 years old sitting in the backseat and someone threw a waterballon at the back window. My mom got out of that car and chased those kids down till they peed their pants and were beggin for her not to call the cops. Yeah she's special :)

I enjoy running on an inside track near my house. I recently went there and the day after I got shin splints. I know there is a way to run that puts less stress on your shins and calf muscles. If you can help me I would REALY appreciate it.
