  • "Oops! This account has been used" - Resolutions?

    I transferred my sbcglobal.net account to a Yahoo account when I ditched AT&T DSL services in favor of cable. However, when I come here logged in as that account, it says "Oops! This account has been used".

    I have had to create a totally new yahoo identity just to come here to Yahoo Answers. Yahoo tech support was emailed and they have failed to reply.

    Has anybody ever successfully resolved this?

    It's really irritating because I had thousands of point and made it to level 4.
