I got my first speeding ticket a few weeks ago and I'm not exactly sure how to get it fixed. My friend gave me two different articles to use for the Louisiana traffic code (both of which clear the ticket under different conditions) But who do I talk to in order to get those articles in effect? Should I wait until my court date in October (which I got the ticket in a different county so the courthouse is two hours away) Or should I call/visit the district attorney and talk to him? If I visit the district attorney do I need to make an appointment? I'm really just not sure what to do...

Any advice is appreciated :)

My boyfriend used to like this girl a lot, but she picked another guy over him, so naturally my boyfriend moved on (to me lol) Anyway, this girl ended up dating a jerk, so now she's all over my boyfriend flirting with him trying to get him back. I'm not threatened by her, because my boyfriend promised me a hundred times that he would never leave me for her, but its just annoying that shes going out of her way to flirt with him when she should clearly see that my boyfriend and I are happy together. She'll call him a few times a day and talk about how awful her boyfriend is, and how she knows he (my boyfriend) would never treat her like that. She sends him dozens of texts everyday, and she'll send him facebook messages/chat calling him pet names and such, and always tries to invite herself to places and events that we go to. I want to slap her across the face, but I also know that my boyfriend is friends with her, so I'm not sure how to approach this situation.

I've been dating this guy for a couple of months, and we've messed around a bit, but I don't want to have sex until I know for sure he doesn't have anything. He said he's only been with two girls, which isn't terrible I guess, but I dont think those girls had a good reputation. I've only had one partner before and I got tested afterwards, so I know Im clean.

Anyways, How can I ask him without offending him? I'd be willing to get tested again because I guess its only fair since I'm asking him to (and he could be positive that I'm not lying).
