I visited the USA from Britain this summer. I'll be in South America next year. Can I re-use the ESTA to visit the USA from Brazil even if that's not my home country?

I have two McAfee licenses as I used to have two computers accessing the Internet. One license renews in Jan the other in Aug.
I now only want one of these licenses as I can't connect one laptop to the internet any more.
How do I remove a license from the "My Account" section of McAfee? They have buttons for "Renew" or setting up "Auto-renew" but nothing to remove an unwanted license.
I'm not interested in switching to another AV checker - too much hassle. I just don't want to pay twice.

I'm flying from the UK to Sydney in October and arriving at 8 AM. I need to collect a hire car to travel south to Wollongong, but I do not like the idea of having to drive immediately after a long-haul flight, and in any case my hotel in Wollongong won't be available until the afternoon. Do any hotels close to Sydney airport offer a "crash-out" option, where I can stay for a few hours until early afternoon?
