K, so I'm an 18 y.o. male and I'm really dissatisfied with my height. Never really got a huge growth spurt, I just seemed to grow gradually and slowly. I know a lot of my growth is to do with my genes, but are there any ways (with some scientific explanation), that I can try to grow maybe like 5cm more? I seemed to have already plateaued with my growth, which is terrible!

I really need some new music. Into KPOP. But I want good stuff, not generic kpop. I like bands like 2PM, B2st, Big Bang, AS, Rania, etc. Something with good beats and choreography.

I'm currently doing P90X and I have a six pack. There's just a tiny layer of fat over it but I really want to be able to make my six pack more visible. Are there any dietary tricks that anyone can give me? e.g. drink cucumber water only, drink herbal tea etc. Don't say exercise more, because I exercise vigorously everyday. Also, I already don't eat snacks, chocolate, and overeat. And I don't drink soda (only juices, milk, and water).

Will the program achieve the same results if I don't take the supplements? My diets not too bad already so I don't think I need to go on a diet. I never eat snacks, don't drink soda, and generally have a balanced diet.

I would like some educated opinions on which phone I should get. I have done some research and explored the two and I am currently leaning towards the Samsung due to it's larger Amoled display screen and 8 megapixel camera (and 3 megapixel front camera). In terms of processing, I've read that the Samsung sports a 1.2 GHz ram whereas the iPhone 4's A4 processor at most has 1GHz. However, there is the pros of getting an iPhone: all the Apple applications and functions, the overall hardware design, style etc. What do you think I should get and why? Please do some research, I'm sick of hearing "OOoooOo I love my iPhone <3333"
