Okay, so I just got a job about a month ago. I took the job because my boyfriend is on work release and the only time I can see him is on our breaks and then he has to go back to 'jail'. I took the job as an assistant and I get paid on commision of my bosses sales.(again I only took it to see my boyfriend, not for money)

Anyway, there is this girl who worked there before me that is autistic. I didnt have a problem with here until about a couple of weeks ago when she stoped answering the phone (to my knowledge is the only job she has) and just chatted on the internet. I know she knows she is doing something wrong becuase she always closes out of the screen when her boss walks by. It just makes me angry because she is getting paid hourly, and I have been working here a month and only been paid $200 at 40 hours a week for a month! $200 a month sucks!

My boss is starting to suspect and other people in the office say that the only reason she is suspecting since I started working here.

I guess my question is

What should I do if she isnt doing her job?

She is susposed to be training to be out in the work force...

What should she be doing?

I moved to FL in June and got a job as a credit counselor. I love it there, the people are nice, they love me too. I got promoted 2 times in only 6 months. I had to move back to my home town in MI when my BF needed support where there is less work, but my family is there. (I will be able to go back in May) I got a job as an assistant for a credit counselor and its okay, and the money isn't great. My company here has thought about becoming an affiliate of the one in FL, which means more money soon. So should I stay in MI where family is, or should I move back to FL where i Absolutely love it?

Does it make a difference to use skim milk in a recipe if it just says "milk" and not whole milk?
