My wife has terminal breast cancer. She had to be rushed to hospital. When she arrived a nurse sent her sons dad a message saying that she came in by ambulance and it looks like she is dying. This same person also told him what the problem was. I am furious that her privacy was violated so grossly. I know these messages was sent and a phone call was made by this nurse because her son told me he saw the message and heard the phone call. Please tell me what I can do about this. Thank you.

Have had this nagging horrible dry cough for nearly 2 months now. It gets so bad I vomit, gasp for air. heart rate shoots up to 140 to 160 bpm. ( I know very high). Getting really bothersome now. Any body have an idea or similar symptoms. Thank you.

I have a child custody agreement however, my sons father is violation of 3 orders. Failure to pay half of medical expenses, failure to apply medicene and give baths brush teeth and failure to get rid of animals. If their is a dhs (cps) investigation i have no doubts they will in fact remove him from fathers home Thank you please help

Also, in our agreement, both parties agreed to the first right of refusal. So far, the father has failed to execute this on his behalf. Why would republicans block a bill that would help veterans get a job. These people are trying to make it safe for every 1 to live peacefuly. i think maybe the people who are blocking this bill should grab a weapon and put their lives on the line for us. maybe then they will see what its like to live in fear everyday only to get out and the government say thanks but no thanks. I am a veteran and i know as most do that THOSE people (veterans ) dont make enough money as it is so they need a little help. Are we so out of touch that we can't help those that will die for us to NOT HELP them when they need it the most?

was loading fire wood other day and felt a pop in my lower back the pain shot down both legs and made my feet tingly. my groin feels like i been squarely kicked hitting both testicles. Hurts to the point can't even breathe. Dr. called me in sum muscle relaxers and pain meds but they have absolutly no affect on the pain. i hate going to dr or hospital but pain is getting pretty severe. Any 1 else had this happen or know what could have happened please tell me. I don't want to be driven 100 miles to hospital for nothing. Thank you!!!!

We was duped into getting what we thought was a medigap policy from community care but, turns out it was a medicare advantage plan. We live in oklahoma and the person is under 65. She is only 35 with stage IV breast cancer. I know there are limited companies that will offer a plan. But can any 1 suggest a good one.

Was fully favorable decision for SSDI 7 weeks. i finally got the ALJ letter about a week ago. I have a phone interview with S.S. next thursday to put my children on for benefits. I know they are going to ask me to bring a copy of their birth records and a routing # for direct deposit. i did that today in hopes of speeding this up. My question is--how soon can my kids money be in their account. Is there a chance it will be in there b4 next thursday or is this going to be another LONG drawn out process. I was told by doing this it would speed things up. I hope so. I hope sum people can shed sum light on this that have been thru this. Thank you.

Filed for sole custody of my son over a year ago after my sons father stole him. He has been un willing to co-operate on anything. Even at mediation he was bringing up crap that didnt involve our son (like who cares) this is about our son. I have all my evidence and witnesses. I filed for a judicial code of conduct (parenting 10 commandments). My x did not show up for pre-trial. I signed the order to protect my son. A new pre trial date has been set. My question is--how badly does this look for my x. I hope the judge see's right thru my x's BS. I was told by my attorney that this looks bad for him but how bad. The way my x has been coaching n buying favors and lieing to every 1 -i want him to suffer.

I got a bench approval from the ALJ. The process took 2 -1/2 yrs from start to finish. My question is do my 2 children get the 2 - 1/2 yrs backpay also as the ALJ has ordered for me or, will my kids benifits start when the ALJ gave the bench approval.

One more question if sum 1 can answer. how long does it take to get the backpay. I was told beings it was a fully favorable bench decision that it may not take to long but, what is not to long. My family has starved and done without because of what happened to me and i am just excited for them to finally get sumthing for what they have also endured these last few years. thank you

i have a 5mm wide and bout 3.5 mm high lesion at the tip of penis. it is kinda of a dark red color and flat on top. It has been there for over a year now but, it is now starting to get painful. As any 1 would know men dont normally ask for advise in an area like this 1 unless.. i have had same sex partner for over 7 yrs. the spot grows very very slowly tho. i hav looked at every web site i can think of trying to find anything that loks like it and everything goes back to squamous cell carcinoma. The lesion is right near the uretha. It has like a halo at the bottom (skin growing up around the lesion). Can sum 1 please help me.

There are no rashes or dry skin affects and this is the only lesion on my privates or even near it. it does not itch or nothing comes out of the lesion. it is just getting painful and bigger.

I also have a black spot on my forearm that is about 7 mm a spot that is light brown on my inner thigh that is about 5mm and skin colored spot on my left inner ear. can sum 1 plzzz help me understand this. thank you!!!

Had a zero to off the chart headache in back of my skull 5 days ago that made me very sick with chest pains. Went to ER 2 days later and on the CT scan it said--" within the right occipital calvarium, posterior to the right cerebellar hemisphere, there is a complex lytic lesion measuring approx. 2.5 X .7 cm.

on impressions " complex lytic lesion within the right occipital calvarium with no definite assosiation intracranial. Recommend clinical correlations for any possible surgical procedures in this location.

Why should any 1 have to live every single day in pain that is almost unbarably? Started bout 4 yrs ago and has gotten so bad no that even the muscles are twitching n painful. Have been to the Dr countless times. Had chest exrays that showed increased interstitial markings, had a breathing test that showed nearomuscular disease> i am with the VA. they have listed me as a DAV (disabled american vetran). Even with the test showing sumthing progressive my dr thinks i am a nut job and send me to phsyc dr. My question is this why are the VA dr's more worried about me commiting suicide n watching me wither painfully. I am sorry but i do not want to live this way any more. Worst part of my day is when i wake up after sleeping couple hours n realizing dang i have to do this all again. Any 1 else feel this way like there is no hope and you are tired and just want to end it all. That is where i am at now. thanks. I am NOT looking for sympathy i am looking for understanding

2 yrs ago i had partial collapsed lung _left lower base). 1 year later had another xray and it said i had nodular infiltrates. 2 months ago had another xray that said increased interstitial markings. I had a PFT done a week ago that said mild neuromuscular disease cause my MVV was at 64%. Can sum 1 please help me understand this. I have read 50 different web sites about this and none of them gave me much hope. Can sum one please explain this to me in terms that makes sence. Thank you very much. I am a disabled american vetran who has to use the vetran insurance and, they are pretty slow at telling you whats wrong and how they are going to treat so, can sum 1 please tell me if this is as bad as i have read. thank you very much

years ago i was in hospital n a Dr. told me that i need to keep an eye on my lungs cause he see's evident of asbestos exposure. I have been in hospital numerous times for cheast pains. 6 months ago had a chest xray done it stated that patchy parenchymal opacitites was seen. The impressions said " can not exclude nodular infiltrates. Now 5 days ago i had another chest exray and this says Increased interstitial markings. I did work with asbestos 20yrs while in navy. worked with it for 2 years b4 sum1 realized we needed to be wearing masks. My question is--is all this related and how serious is it. thank you very much.
