My friend got into a relationship not to long ago and he shows all the signs of a controlling boyfriend, and she has mentioned to me before that his dad was really abusive towards him and his mom. I think my friend mistakes the controlling for caring, but he is getting a little too extreme. They swapped one another's FB account info and he reads all of her messages so I can't talk to her from there as I used to anymore, he gets really upset when she tells him that she is going to hang out with me or any other one of her friends, he constantly will be calling to check up on her and accuses her of cheating. To be clear he lives out of state, and she plans to move away from me and other family to be with him, out of state. He is set on her moving in with him, and has told her multiple times that he doesn't like the fact that she is friends with me because I tend to point out the things that she isn't noticing. He doesn't even have a stable job to support her. I notice whenever I am trying to talk with her, make plans, or he finds out that she is with me then he will make her feel bad, guilt her, and get upset. He has given her a curfew as well. She listens to everything he tells her to do, it's a very unhealthy relationship and I am noticing this more and more everyday [there has not been a day where they haven't got into an argument and that he hasn't made her depressed, because he does exactly that everyday.] How do I make her aware without her flipping out and telling her bf?

I was assinged to think of my own economic enigma, and I was confused as to how one works. Does it have to be a question on something financial? I was going to do why do so many people prefer crude humor? But I'm not sure if that would work. I know other examples are something financial (dealing with money) like: why do people prefer to pay tons of money on bottled water rather than just drinking non expensive free tap water?

Alright so on average I have a 3.5 weighted GPA, and a 3.4 unweighted GPA. I would like to raise my GPA to about a 3.7 or so. Is there anyway I can do this within my last year? Should I re-take classes that I've had c's in? And do I only have to get straight A's next year both semesters to raise it? How much can I possibly raise my GPA? I just need a general direction, I don't have a school counselor so I cannot really discuss raising my grades, and my principle is always caught in meetings, and hard to get a hold of. So I am just seeking general advice as to how I can raise it higher in general.

I looked at some ASUS lap tops that were considered good for gaming, but that brand got mixed reviews. I also looked at some TOSHIBA laptops that looked of good quality any good suggestions? My Birthday is coming up so I'm looking for affordable suggestions. Plus I also want one that is good for school work (college) and has the Word programs already on it.
