I was practicing some martial arts when I misstepped and put a full force kick into a very solid metal chair. More specifically, the only surface area it contacted was my 2nd and 3rd toes. It didn't hurt off the bat (due to adrenaline, I'm sure) but the pain is slowly creeping to more intense waves. I can voluntarily move it, but not fast as usual. Any advice appreciated!

(My punching bag is set up outside apparently a little too close to the patio furniture, if your wondering how it happened)

Does it bug you as much as it bugs me when people tell you that you are wrong in a field that you know way more about?

Just now I stated that it is not uncommon to use pancake batter to fry chicken and was bluntly told that nobody would ever do that, in a tone that said "you're f*cking stupid". During my time in, ya know, culinary school I picked up a few things. Due to my age, however, I'm constantly disregarded.

My questions are;

Do you have similar issues?

How do you deal with it?

and/OR

Do you have any advice to deal with it?

My usual method of dealing is to just remain silent. If you argue that kind of thing, you're just considered a know-it-all, plain and simple (which is not an appealing title)

I LOVE the bluesy style singing, and I LOVE quality rap.. My question is if anyone knows of any other songs with a good balance of the two.

And if you have any other song recommendations not within the guidelines, I'm always open for new tunes.
