  • Gestational Diabetes... need snack ideas please =)?

    I just found out that I have Gestational Diabetes. I was put on a diet of

    Breakfast= 30 grams of Carbs

    Snack= 30 grams of Carbs

    Lunch= 45 grams of Carbs

    Snack= 30 grams of Carbs

    Dinner= 45 grams of Carbs

    Snack= 30 grams of Carbs

    I haven't been eating at every meal or snack. I am finding it really hard to come up with healthy snacks and meal Ideas that contain that amount of carbs. I also was told to add protein to my diet along with each meal and snack. Any ideas to help with the meals or snacks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!!

  • What would cause my friends ribs to hurt during early pregnancy... I think she is 5 weeks along...HELP A.S.A.P

    I had my levels taken last Friday and they were 10.1... lowering like they should have. Wellll I went back the day b4 yesterday and had my blood taken again and my levels have raised to 24.9.. but Im miscarrying.. Why would they raise??
