THIS particular beating is unique in that it is senseless. They are doing this, literally "for fun". That is a genetic defect. MOST humans are not capable of senseless violence. MOST humans don't perceive this as fun, whereas this group clearly is doing this for entertainment.

Since some of YOU are going to bring race and "white people" into your reply (notice I only referenced HUMANS) let's look at DOJ data. "A black is 27 times more likely to attack a white and 8 times more likely to attack a Hispanic than the other way around." These are stats that were sourced from the DOJ. 

Statistically people of all races are safer in large group of white people than in large groups of other races (per the data). I am not an identitarian, but when someone needs to insult white people out of the blue (and show their racism), I will refer to data.

I believe there is a large percentage of people driving under the influence of pot and you wouldn't even know it. Very well could be the little old lady sitting in the car next to you at the stop light and you wouldn't even have a clue that she's blasted just out to run her daily errands...
