there's this process that I saw that looks like the nook equivalent of jailbreaking. it's called rooting, my question is If i did this and didn't like the results could I go back to the nook color's regular OS?

How do you deal with software updates for the nook color when there are new updates out for the nook?

the passenger side front door speaker is not working most of the time it starts to function properly for a short time when i hit a bump or make a hard right turn. is this a problem that I can fix by myself?

I'm writing a book and I want to know how it would really go down so I can write accordingly.

I know judges have a lot of room for interpretation of their duties.

the main character is on trial for murder and representing himself.

for story purposes he has to be declared insane normally the defense attorney would take care of that, but with him self representing he can't ask for an insanity plea, so if the judge thought he was obviously crazy would the judge have the authority to make the defendant take an insanity plea?

It would take a lot of work from where i am to finish the story (I've started over a few dozen times) and i'm not sure if I want to try to publish in a market saturated with vampire stories and vampire fans, or if i want to wait until the stories about vampires have slipped back into strictly being goth and nerd based fandom.

I've changed a lot of what the lore is on vampires within the story but I think I've explained what changed reasonably well through this logic.

the story is set in 2560 C.E. the original lore was started possibly before recorded history. so assuming vampires first appeared somewhere in that time frame and the majority of the information about them was gathered sometime B.C.E. then that allows for change because, stories from biblical times aren't exactly 100%sound for facts and by the theory of evolution. if light kills something and they continually are forced into the light. eventually a resistance will start to build in the generations down the line. (not just to say light but other weakness too)

a friend of mine was getting calls from a collection agency, quite a few actually. problem was they weren't looking for him they were trying to find some woman. somebody he hadn't ever heard of. I told him to ask the next person who called for all the information he could get from them name, agency they worked for, a number to call and complain, and the name of their manager. Then i told him to say "If you don't stop calling me I'll sue you and (insert company's name) for slander and defamation of character. (then to enplane) I am not the person that you are asking about. but you insist on continually calling my number. by doing so you have accused me of a crime I didn't commit IE defamation of character, and since you are making claims that aren't true about me that would be damaging to my reputation that is slander. can i talk to your manager?

after he did this once with each company that was calling the calls stopped. my question is were those legitimate claims. because i'm a writer so I made some **** up that sounded right and told my friend to say that, with no clue of what the actual written law says.

actually one of my friends found them and left them without saying anything. with arandom bundle of flowers there nobody could find anything better to do with them than smell and they smelled like fruit loops. after a good few people had smelled them somebody brought up the point of "Do they taste like fruit loops?" they taste like spinach with honey on it. but that's not going to help any botanical expert determine what they are

the flowers are about 3/4 of an inch long, purple, with a slight trumpet shape. they were found in Illinois near chicago. any ideas?

i planted a "fruit" from an osage orange and there are now 22 sprouts coming up from where i planted it. my question is are they like berries that have a bunch of seeds or does one seed throw a bunch of sprouts up.

i know it's related to the mulberry so i am wondering if the seeds are similar.

in the past couple weeks at my school some people have been playing sliver decks and destroying people. as a result of this everybody is making a sliver deck. one of my friends was being asked to help construct a sliver deck and in response he said "Why does everybody and there mother want a sliver deck?" to which i said "can you help me make a changeling deck?" and he nearly died laughing. I don't get to see him all that much tho and i'd like a deck list to get started on my changeling deck.
