As some of you here know, my main interest regarding martial arts strictly self defense, not competition.

With that in mind, I'm interested to know if anyone here has any real experience with KFM. I've got zero experience with it, but some of its approaches look interesting; especially the ground stuff. I could see how it may integrate well with some of the training that I currently employ.

I have an area of about 50 sqr feet that is hardwood flooring glued down on to linoleum which has been glued down to concrete.

The idea is to remove everything to concrete, clean it, then stain the concrete. What I'm wondering is; what is the best way to remove the wood flooring and linoleum? I'm thinking of adjusting a circular saw to depth, cutting in small sections and then just going to work with a wonder bar and hammer. Is there a better, easier way of tackling this? Some sort of power tool that would make it easier?
