For example, in English, we usually write "Zzzzz" to signify that someone is snoring... Is there an equivalent in Spanish? I have to write a short story thing for class. Thanks!

I'm doing an online Spanish worksheet and you have to fill in the present perfect form of a verb.

I'm wondering if it is just an error in the answer key or something? I have absolutely no idea why my answer is wrong.

The sentence is

"Le (nosotros) _______ regalar un carro a nuestra hija."

and I must fill in the blank with the present perfect form of "acabar de."

Shouldn't the answer be "hemos acabado de"? I tried that multiple times and it's not working. I was wondering if maybe I'm missing something? My sister who is also in Spanish (we're in Spanish 4 and this is something we've studied before) doesn't know either.

Is this answer correct? Just curious, I'll probably talk to my teacher tomorrow if anyone agrees with me.

I do not mean something like Coffee Prince (as much as it is my favorite drama, that's not what I mean) in which the main character only thinks he's gay (although I do appreciate the whole "it wouldn't matter if he was" thing).

I also do not mean something like Personal Taste, where the main character only pretends to be gay.

Antique Bakery is really the only thing I know like it. I'm not even sure if I'd watch it, I'm just curious to see how it's handled in Korean culture (although a show or movie may not always be the most accurate representation of this).

I would prefer it to be about highschoolers or rather young adults. I sort of don't need the melodrama thing right now, so avoid that. It would be fun if the show had kpop idols in it, but that's not really necessary.

Dramas I didn't like are:

All dramas starring Park Shin Hye (nothing against her personally, I think she's a great actress, but all of the shows she's starred in I haven't liked. So Heirs, You're Beautiful, Flower Boy Next Door, etc.)

Boys over Flowers: In fact, I can't stand anything where the main character we're supposed to like goes out of his way to physically or mentally hurt anyone.

I have a feeling someone might say Reply 1994, but I'm going to save that one for another day.

And if you don't mind, I would like the kissing scenes to be more than just one person holding their lips on another person with eyes wide open... I'm looking at you, Jae Hee and Tae Joon.... Coffee Prince was sort of perfect.

YES I KNOW WRONG CATEGORY, but this category is much more busy.

It can be anime, manga, manwha, kdrama, jdrama, maybe Taiwanse if it sounds interesting enough.

The main genre MUST be romance. It MUST NOT be supernatural, fantasy, historical, super family centered, extremely harem, yaoi/yuri, and the male MC should not be extremely arrogant (I would prefer him not to be a Chaebol heir type guy, but I'll work with it if he isnt an ******.)

TL;DR: If you're unsure whether to recommend something, CTRL + F and search the page for it. If it's not there, it might be a safe bet if it follows the guidelines at the top.

My favorite drama of all time is Coffee Prince. I don't mind that Han Gyul is wealthy because he's not a prick. But in Heirs, Boys over Flowers, etc?

I'm absolutely in love with ATLA, and I just rewatched the finale last night so it got me in an Avatar mood, and Korra was really frustrating to watch with the SPOILER SPOILER Masami nonsense again, so I'm looking to read them. Which series do I read first, or does it not matter?

I'm looking to start reading some, because I'm just bored and I find Korean culture sort of fascinating. (Although I'm not sure I should be getting into much now with Heirs and this interesting-sounding show called Unemployed Romance coming out in the next two weeks)

I figure it's always best to start out with what's popular in the genre, so what are some of the best ones? I would like it to be romance-based, as a general rule. Nothing supernatural or anything, please.

I think it's safe to say that the wait has been so long that I'm so excited now.
