So my mom and I are getting in a debate regarding if it was my fault or this other guy's fault if I were to have hit him (though I did not)

There's a double solid yellow line. I'm going straight; there are cars in front of me, and a car sort of far behind me.

The car in front of me was making a left to go into a parking lot for CVS. There was enough room for me to pass him up on his right. I was in the middle of the ONE WAY lane (there were NOT 2 lanes on this road. Just one.) I did NOT have my left or right directional on and i was going the speed, slightly slower, to pass this car up on the right. As I go to pass him up, this car behind me going WAY over the speed limit, decides to just pass ME up on the right side of me, forcing me to use my brakes pretty hard to avoid hitting him on the driver's side.

Now, is it his fault or my fault?

I'm saying it's his because he didn't have the right to pass me up...as I was going to pass the car in front of me (who's making a left), passing him on his right side.

Please, explain to me how it's "my fault" if it is...because I cannot logically see how it can possibly be mine.

If I'm ever wrong with driving, I can accept it, but this I cannot loggically comprehend.

By the way, I've had my permit for about 4 months now and I know i'm a "young driver", but I'm more experienced than most and this does not logically make sense.

My room is SO hot even with my fan. It's about probably 7-10 degrees hotter than the hallway that leads to it! There's a huge difference...

anyway, i was wondering if sweating at night would cause me to burn calories? I was planning on just staying under my comforter with this heat and sweat a ton. will i lose weight/burn calories?

I was wondering how fast you walk if you walk 3 miles in an hour?

I want to see how many calories I burned but I need to plug in the speed i was walking at in the calculator.

Hi, about 3 days ago i got really mild sun burn on my face (like around my nose and a tiny bit on my forehead but not really.) It doesnt hurt and didn't when i first got it.

Starting yesterday, my nose started to peel a tiny bit. i knew the skin had to come off so i helped peel more on my nose so the skin is normal again. I put on "Aloe Vera After burn" stuff on my face and it seemed to moisturize it a little.

My nose, however, is almost bright red and it looks kinda weird... will this go away in 1 day? I don't want to have it by tomorrow since im going somewhere...How do i get rid of the redness on my nose?

Frederick's Toes 1

There once was a boy named Frederick. He had too many toes. He had 17 to be exact. Each had a special power that Frederick used everyday. The three pinky toes could each lift something 10 times its weight. They were so strong; they could like bottles of water up the stair everyday whenever he got thirsty. This was very vital to Frederick’s life. He ALWAYS drank water. That’s why his middle toe is a weakness. It makes him be 100% water, not 75%, 100%. Sucks for Frederick. Anyways, Frederick’s mom cut off 7 of his powerful toes. Frederick cried and his other toes seeked revenge. In the middle of the night, Frederick’s toes made him “tip toe” to his mother’s room. The middle toe stub grabbed the alarm clock with his three pinky toes (that were still in contact with Freddy’s body) and bashed Mrs. Frederickson in the head 37 times and also in the chest. This caused Mrs. Frederickson to bleed and pee. She was VERY upset, but guess what? Freddy didn’t know! He was sleep walking!

Oh man, this is not good. His mother is dead with pee in her pants, and Frederick has 10 toes that want to go on a killing spree. What will happen next? Buy Frederick’s Toes 2.

Ok, so i wanted to find a recipe for a certain type of stringbeans. Not the regular boiled ones or canned ones (if they have that i dont know lol) The ones when at the they say "Do u want a side?" and u pick Stringbeans/Greenbeans and when you go restaurants t them, their fried or something and they taste really good cause they have like spices/salt or whatever on them.

My sister and I REALLY dislike my dad. He's REALLY annoying. He always wants us to clean up and always bugs us. He is ALWAYS arguing with someone. And hes also fat so he like eats everything at night. After dinner, he'll have literally 3 bowls of cereal and once we got ice cream for me (my mom got it for me and my sis as a treat) and he ate a HUGE bowl that had to have been 4 scoops. He is fat so that just makes it even worse cuz we obviously DONT wanna get like him but thats besides the point.

he overreacts to everything. Once, I knocked over the salt and he thought i THREW it at him (i was handing it to him) so i was grounded for a week so i cud not hang out with anyone...

When i was younger, he even made my oldest sister (shes in 3rd year of college now) run away.

He also hits us a lot. Not much my other sisters anymore but me. Not as mush as he used to but i TRY and stand up to him.

It is basically chocolate and ice cream. There s this chocolate outer covering and a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Its kind of like a mountain. Also, there's fudge in it and the dessert is warm. The chocolate melts in your mouth and it is SOOOO good.

I have a Windows XP, computer. Recently, its been restarting on me and i don't know why. I put up Spybot (my anti virus system) for it to find problems and delete. As that was happening I did other things on my computer that I wanted to do. All of a sudden my computer restarted. Everytime after that I put the Anti-virus thing up it restarted. Now, I don't know why and the computer restarts. Please Help! i don't know whats wrong!

And dont give some Anti virus protection thing, cuz every one i try, it just makes the computer restart. I want to fix this problem without spending money!
