  • Why is my tire always leaking air?

I got a flat, took it to a tire shop and they couldn't find any holes, so they resealed the tire. One week later, it had lost about 50% of its air, so I took it back in and they still couldn't find anything wrong with it, so they resealed it. A couple days later, it is going flat again. Why does it keep going flat?

  • Can I deduct the losses from sale of my home on my taxes?

I bought a home, live in it and renovated it. I lived in it for 15 months, then I bought another home. I put the house up for sale when I moved, but did not sell it until 9 months later. So, the house was my primary residence only about 66% of the time I owned it. I sold the house less than what I paid and invested into it. Can I deduce the losses from my taxes?

ps. I understand the law states I cannot deduce a loss from my primary residence, but what is the deal if it was my primary residence for only part of the time?

  • Found large spider in my home - in Chicago, what is it?

I've lived in Chicago for over 20 years and the first time ever I found a large spider twice in my home in the past week. It's about 2.5 inches big. I killed both of them. They are brownish color. It hasn't rained here in 2 weeks, and is hot as hell. Anyone have any idea why I'm getting these huge spiders, or what they are?

  • Why is the video playback on my computer such low quality?

I have a Sony Cyber Shot digital camera which can record video. It also has a audio/video cord which can connect the camera directly to my TV. The video is very clear on my camera and on my TV. But when I connect my camera to my computer and play the video file on there, it appears more pixelated and just not very sharp. I've used Winamp and Windows Media Player with same results. Is there a way to correct this or is this just the way it is?
