when do you know whether its still love or just pure convince with someone

i really need some advice cause my girlfriends just see one side. what do you do when you feel like your boyfriend leads another life. we have been together for 7 years and some times it feels like i don't even know him. we live together but he is always in his own world i know some of his friend but never hang out with him with them never and he thinks i shouldn't yet hes hang out with my friends. i only really see his family on occasions. is he hiding something? he says he s a man and that's what men do hang out. i hate that statement! any advice thanks

my boyfriend can be such a freat guy but sometimes i feel like i am at the bottom of his list. he loves sports and is always watching it. he hangs out alot with his friends and family. alot. everyday after work he goes to his friends or family house hangs out there till real late. then comes home. he doesnt see anything wrong with this. we do spend time togeter but like once a week. i just always feel alone. like am single. any advice

ive been with my boyfriend for 7 years and yet to be proposed to. he says he loves me and i love him to. we have talked about getting married but he always says yea one day. we now live together and share everyday responsibilites. its not that marriage would define our relationship. but i feel like if we have been together for so long and he loves me so much whats the problem. so i quess my questions is what do you do or how long do you wait?
