Someone told me that instead of throwing away the coffee after brewing, put the wet coffee powder (from the filter) for the plants- is this true that it's good for the plants?

I need a qualified teacher (4th Grade teacher) to go over someone's work in English Language essay. I don't know how much it would cost. By the hour? or a flat rate?

My doctor prescribed that I take one daily in a third world country I am visiting and increase to 2 if I start having Traveller's diarrhea. Some people have said that it will be ineffective if I take it as a preventive medication. Kinda like the benign bacteria get killed off that are for digestion. Please don't answer if you are not a professional (Doctor or Pharmacist). I need the right advice so it will be effective when I need to stop TD.

A friend uses coldpack and hotpad alternately. Is this good for sciatica? I am doing exercises the doctor recommended. Can't afford massages, treatments with acupuncture etc. (No Medical Insurance)

If I buy an airline ticket now at a special rate ,(to avoid a rise in prices ) and they say it's non-refundable, will they let me use the ticket if the flight had to be cancelled on the actual date of departure, due to a hurricane threat?
