  • What to to in Nashville, TN?

I am planning a day trip to Nashville to introduce my boyfriend from college to my parents. What are unique things we could do? He's from Florida so I'd like to give him a taste of the south. Mechanical bull riding? Line dancing? Food? Bars? Shopping? Where to spot musicians? Anything! Thank you!!

  • Are we over for good?

My bf and I have nvr fought until now and we've been together 6 months. In the last 5 days we've broken up 3 times, most recent being today. I decided the first and this breakup bc he's been treating me like crap! I've been the one trying to hold this together and he just said today he's not ovr us but he's tired of my fam. I was the last to txt and he didn't respond. I'm going to visit fam tomorrow and I'm supposed to pick him up on the way bc we are long distance ovr the summer. I'm not going to txt him or contact him anymore but does anyone think he will contact me before he knows i'm due to leave tomorrow? Is there any way I can save this? Thank you for all of your help!!

  • The only reason I'm dreading summer break...?

My boyfriend and I have been together a few months and have gotten close very quickly. We attend a small private college where we are both freshman. He'is 19 and I'm 20. We spend EVERY night together and are together any time we aren't in class. Our friends are close and we all get along great as a group! We'll be going home for the summer, him to Cincinnati and me to Detroit. I knw there are various ways to keep in contact (txting, skype, phone, facebook, twitter and visits) but I need opinions on wht we should do. Should we stay together or just break up? I proposed the idea of breaking up but he refuses. Any ideas or suggestions? Please share your opinions! Thank you!!

  • How long should we wait to have sex?

I'm 20, my boyfriend will be 21 on Christmas Eve. We've known each other for 4 or 5 months but we've only been dating a couple wks. Right now he's living in KY and I'm living in MI but after the New Year I'll be moving bck to KY. He's been w/ 8 girls, I've been w/ 5 guys and normally I wouldn't ask this question but I feel like there is a good chance tht this relationship could be so much more than previous relationships, we've been tlking about the future a lot and share a lot of the same views on marriage, children, finances, etc. I'm not even all tht tempted to have sex w/ him at this point but I've made some guys wait up to a year and others just a few days. Wht do you think would be appropriate? If you care to share how long you waited and/or why?

  • Should I bring a girl along with me?

There's this guy in KY and I'm in MI (I've been here 2 yrs but from KY). We may try this long distance thing but for now we're just getting to know each other more before we make that decsion. He's asked me to come visit him for a weekend. He rents a hous with three roommates, all of which are girls. We are both 20. He works weekends at as a server sometimes until 2 and 3 in the morning and I don't want to be stuck in a city all alone while he's working so I was thinking of bringing a friend along. Do you think I should?

  • Should I move away from my family?

I'm 20 and I'm from western KY but I've been in Detroit for 2 yrs w/ my fam. I've been thinking about moving to eastern KY where my mamaw and aunt live. I have a few friends there and there is a college in town. Its a one horse town, nothing like I'm used to so idk if I'll like it but I know I LOVE the southern life better than the northern but I LOVE Detroit. I have a good job here at Blue Cross, I'm taking night classes and bought a home last Oct. My mom's side of the family is here and tht includes my papaw (the love of my life; he rasied me and its always been us 2). Keep in mind my mom and bro died in a car accident and my dad is back in my hometown but we don't get along. I love being near my fam and I love the city life. I also love all of my friends. I moved her and jumped right in like I grew up w/ everyone here and I love tht. But I dont agree w/ the morals and values of most ppl here, don't like their attitudes, hate the weather, hate the crime and I haven't been able to commit to a relationship bc I only find myself into southern men (one in the town I'm thinking of moving to in particular). Wht do you think I should do?

  • Answer mine, leave a link and I'll answer yours - 10 points!!?

I'm from a small farm town town in KY just outside a big city. I'm 20 but moved to the suburbs of Detroit when I was 18. I love it but I miss the southern way of life, the weather and the hospitality. I haven't been able to committ to a realtionship here bc I find myself wnting tht typical all American man, you know, the tall, dark, handsome high school football star tht wrks w/ his hands, respects his mama, knows how to party and still make it to church Sun. morning. I was raised up w/ guys like this and you just can't find them here. I've considered long distance relationships w/ guys from bck home bc I go bck at least once a month but IDK. Should I move back, stay, what? Help?!

  • Times Square of New Year's Eve?

I'm going w/ a friend to Time's Square to watch the ball drop this yr. We'll be staying in Manhattan w/ his uncle from Dec. 28 - Jan. 3. Neither of us have been to NYC and we don't wnt to miss out on any of the main points while there. We were thinking about flying but its so expensive so a train is an option but tht takes 17 hrs where as driving would only take 10. Any advice on travel? Tips on things to see or do or places to go? Keep in mind he's 21 but I'm only 20. Thanks for all of your help!

  • Do you think he's afraid of me?

We met my sr. yr. when I was the new girl. He sat behind me and we started hanging out ovr xmas break. We started “tlking”, went to a party together, had breakfast and lunch, he took me to his hockey game and then just before school started bck he txted saying I was looking for a bf and he wasn’t. He came around tht summer a couple times, then again last winter and a few times this past spring and he’s bck this winter. We went to the bar Fri. and for the 1st time we had sex. Sat. morning we were comfortable, we hung out all night Sun. went to the park then he made dinner and we cuddled and watched a movie. He invited me to watch a show w/ him last night, we were txting while I was supposed to be at his house but he didn’t even mention it. Since we met he’s always tlked about the future; coming to my hometown, spring break together, living together, how we would have cute kids, transferring to the same college. Then it always ends w/o notice. We stop tlking…This times different bc we’ve nvr had sex before, normally he doesn’t randomly kiss me, he doesn't txt me just to tlk, idk, just different. What do you think? Games? Real? He’s always telling me I’m the nicest girl he knows, he doesn’t know why but he trusts me so much and his mom loves me, etc. I kinda get feel that he’s afraid to care about me…Any help would be appreciated. BTW, he's transferring in Jan. to a college a little less than 2 hrs away :/

  • Do I like even like him?

This guy is 18, I'm 20 and he initiated everything. I thought he was too young but decided to hng out and see how it goes. He's mature and has his life together but he's a pot head and I'm against it although every guy I've dated has been. I'm short, tiny, tan, dark hair/eyes, perfect teeth. I like older, big/bad guys, tan, dark hair/eyes, perfect teeth. He's tall, skinny, VERY pale, blue eyes, blonde hair and his teeth aren't straight. But he's the sweetest guy ever! He surprised me with tickets to a show, surprised me w/ a Halloween costume tht matched mine (flapper and 20's gangster), brought candy to pass out, he's respectful, nvr kissed me yet, he said I mke him nervous and give him butterflies, he always compliments me and loves how tiny I am. I don't knw if I like him on tht level him not being my type or age...

Help? What should I do? What do you think?

  • Do I look like the b*tch in this situation?

I met a guy in the town I’m moving to. We’ve hung out twice and didn’t tlk unless I was in town. In early Oct. he started txting on a regular basis asking me to come down and called to tlk a few times. I was in last wkend, we were supposed to hng out but didn’t. He arranged his wrk around me, got off at 4 but I wasn’t ready, called at 6 but I was going to do something “real quick,” I took 2 hrs so he posted on FB he was going out, I txted, he responded an 1hr ½ later, I ignored him so he went to the bar and put tht on FB. He txted, called and msged on FB when he left the bar but I was already asleep. I txted nxt day saying how much fun it was hnging out and he said “we gotta be more organized.” I’m guessing this wkend was all my fault so I asked him to go ziplining nxt wkend and he said yes, it sounds fun, it’s a date and he will be ready and he can def. get off wrk. IDK if he likes me or if he’s playing games or wht? Opinions??

  • Guys, would you find this too assertive?

There’s a guy in the town I’m moving to and we try to mke plans when I’m visiting but we’re nvr organized mainly bc I always tke too long or bc I’m busy. I made him mad this wkend bc I took too long doing other things so he went out w/o me. I’ll be bck in in 2 wks and I wnted to ask ahead of time if he wanted to go ziplining. Its an hr from where we’ll be but its in his home town. I wnted to go ziplining and then pck like a kiddie picnic w/ lunchables and juice to be cute and just hang out at the park and go home to nap and be lazy after. BTW we’re both 20 and he’s a huge athlete. Would you enjoy tht or do you think me planning is being too assertive? Any suggestions to mke it better or anything? Thanks!!
