I have always been sensitive to some foods and will get a stomach ache and/or diahrrea. Lately it has gotten a lot worse. It seems anything I eat i get sick and end up in the restroom. I have tried philips colon health but hasnt seemed to help much. Is there any types of food that are good to help this problem and certain types of food i should stay away from? If the problem persists then i will go see the doctor about it but for the mean time, any tips?

My daughter has had a bad diaper rash for about 3-4 weeks now and absolutely NOTHING is working. I have tried just about every cream there is, have tried desitin, triple paste, butt paste, aquaphor, aveeno, balmex, petroleum jelly and none of these seem to be helping at all. Ive also been letting her soak in aveeno oatmeal baths and then letting her air dry for a little while. still nothing. Does anyone have any secrets to help get rid of this? I dont want to have to take her to the doctor unless it is absolutely necessary. She doesnt have any open sores or anything its just extremely red and bumpy. please help!!!

I am in love and want to tell him how i feel but i dont think he feels the same way. obviously we are in a serious relationship and he really likes me but he is more hesitant because of a last relationship and doesnt want to rush and get hurt again. i feel like when you tell someone you love them, they should be able to tell you back. should i just tell him how i feel? would it make things akward? or should i wait until i think he feels the same?

I will be having my baby soon and am wondering how the custody and visitation will most likely work out? the father lives 1500 miles away from me. what would his visitation rights most likely consist of? and is it different before the baby is a certain age? i want to have her as much as possible, i dont want him coming and taking her away across the country for long periods of time... any help or advice would be great!

I want to name my baby girl Leah but need a middle name. I like Leah ariana or leah amaya but the father says those dont sound right with leah. What do you think? Also, any other suggestions would be great. Preferably something that starts with an A and isnt a real common name like marie.

I went to my first visit for my pregnancy today and when they did the pap smear i started to bleed and she told me my cervix was fried but didnt really say much about it other than not to have sex. But is this something I should be worried about or anything I should look out for?

ive heard three different things. ive heard you start counting the weeks from the first day of your last period, the first day of your missed period, and the day actually conceived. Which is it so i know how many weeks along i am? (i havent had my actual appointment with the doc yet, thats y im not sure).

me and my husbund have been trying to conceive and think i might be pregnant....i would only be about 2 weeks and 3 days right now but the past 3 mornings i have woke up feeling nauseous and i have constantly been feeling hot...also last night i couldnt sleep and kept waking up about every hour or so. could this mean im pregnant? and please dont tell me to just go take a prego test because i am obviously going to do that but i just want to hear what you guys think?

1.how long or how many miles on average should i expect to run every day in air force basic training?

2.also how many times a day do you do PT? is it just in the morning or do you do it in the evening also?....

3.And how many pushups and sit ups should i expect to do each day?

(i just want to be prepared and make sure i can do that much and run that long before i leave) thanks!

are they strict about the way u do pushups? like, do u have to do them the "military" way with the arms/elbows all the way in by ur sides? or can u have ur elbows out a little?...because thats the way i do them, i have by body straight and go down all the way n stuff but will they yell at me if my elbows are out? thanks

i can only do about 7-10 consecutively right now and would like to be able to do about 35-45 at a time but only have about a month to do it...i do as many as i can every night and sometimes in the mornings as well, so do you think in a month i can get up to that many? or is that too much?

i have just recently started working out because i leave for AF basic training in about a month and now have shin splints!...i know if i keep running on them it will only make them worse, but i NEED to get in shape...any advice on how to prevent them from getting worse or any other things i can do to help with getting in shape other than biking and swimming because i cannot do either one of those. any help would be great! thanks

i read that while im bootcamp for two months that i more than likely wont get my period and if i do it will be very very light because of all the stress and body changes with the physical training and stuff...will that actually happen??

what are the chances i will be stationed overseas if i do not want to go overseas? because i want to get a new car because mine is crap right now, but i dont want to buy one and then when i get to boot camp find out that i have to go to japan or somewhere for like 3 years because then that would be a waste....or if i do have to go overseas would they ship it over to me? ...or are the chances good enough that i should just wait til i get to my first duty station??? no stupid answers please thank you
