I was sober for 10 days but smoked a good amount yesterday, i was just wondering if it would affect my tolerance a lot since im trying to get rid of it. I dont plan on smoking for another 2 - 3 weeks since Im trying to reset my tolerance.

I basically smoked daily for about 5 months missing about two weeks in total maybe even less, and the year before that i was smoking about 4-5 times a week. I hardly even get high anymore at least not like before my tolerance has built up quite a lot, i would literally smoke bowl after bowl without it hardly phasing me. So i finally decided it was time for a TBreak. It was a lot easier to quit cold turkey than previous attempts i made and don't even have any cravings. Anyways, i was wondering how long would it take to full reset weed tolerance. I smoked once a day normally, but sometimes 2 - 3 times, sometimes all day, also dabbed a bit. The last few weeks i was smoking mid shelf - low shelf more than anything so im sure that helped a bit. I'm on day 9 currently and was wondering if weeks would be enough time? I was planning on going three months but is it worth going that long or will my tolerance be gone by the end of the 6 weeks? Im talking about recovering my cb1 receptors mostly (not getting it out of my system) cause that's what causes tolerance but i couldn't find much relevant information on the subject. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I've been playing guitar for a couple years and a band asked me to join and play bass for them.Were mostly going to be covering songs. How different is bass compared to guitar

What should i learn on bass first? I was thinking maybe starting of with some scales and learning some chords. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Writers like Jack Kerouac, William Burroughs, and Charles Bukowski just to name a few. I want to read more of these types of writes, but just don't feel like buying each one individually since its going to be quite expensive. I just cant figure what to search for to find lots of all these 20th century writers. What could i categorize them under? I already looking for 20th century book lots but i couldn't find what i was looking for.

I want to improve my guitar playing skills. Right now I would say they're pretty basic. I was looking at Gibsons learn and master guitar DVD box set but from some reviews I've read it's difficult to understand. Earlier this year I bought GW Lead Guitar: The ultimate DVD and I could hardly understand it, I want to get a DVD box set that is easy to understand at least in the beginning till I can get a better understanding. Does anyone know of any better DVDs or have any opinions on Learn and Master box set

I am about to turn 15 and I have felt for sometime that im going to die young. I have always felt different in the way i think i feel like im to introspective. I might sound selfish but i feel like im a deep thinker somewhat. I can see through myself as being more than just a person and be introspective constantly.

From a young age i disliked my life and always wanted to be someone else because there life seemed so much more interesting. I have spent most of my childhood wanting to grow and mentally i have. I dont really have an im mostly a skeptic, ill read about things but dont actually set my beliefs on them i feel better this way because i can keep an open mind. I really like existentialism because its offers something that can very well be true, I feel like a person my age shouldnt feel the way i do. I sometimes feel like i have a mental illness or as if im gonna go mad.

I want to learn more but going to college and getting a career doesnt interest me i want to be an artist. I want to do something different. I dont just want to work my whole life to die and accomplish nothing, I just want to be free in a sense, Ive smoked pot for a few years on and off and i feel like weed really helped see things better because i realized how we actually exist. Thats what drove me to existentialism. I hope theres something more after death i dont think we can just live and then cease to exist although its possible the universe is endless.

I know how to use the metronome with songs ive learned and single notes. Is strumming all the notes the same as strumming single notes? Also how would i apply it to my own riffs would i have to make up what i use, by that i mean do i decide if i should use eight notes, sixteen notes, etc.

If i could get a good explanation on how to use a metronome that would be very helpful. I am obviously pretty new to metronome and need as much information as i could get.

I have always been interested in music, I play guitar and would like to start a band but music producing is also something that interests me. I mainly would like to be involved with then rock genre and metal. Where would I start to become a music producer? I am still in high school so college is an option is there any schools that I could attend for this? Basically where would I even begin?

I'm a guy with shoulder length hair. My hair is wavy so it kinda makes my head look a bit puffed up sometimes. I've seen guys who have shaves the sides and back of their heads but in dont want to cut that much hair off. I was think of a rapper, i usually have my hair down so it wouldn't be noticeable. Has anyone ever done this? Would it be a good idea? And roughly how much length would i loose?

I might get dreadlocks during the summer and I'm wondering will they look better once school starts in late August? I have about 7 and a half inches of hair how much shorter will it get and will it the dreads start going down by the?

I might get dreads but only grow them for about a year and a half and I've been reading that wax is bad for your hair. Should I use wax since I won't keep dreads for that long or should I just stay away from it?

I am a 14 year old male and I have been growing my hair out for about a year it's about 8 inches long right now. I have been thinking of getting dreads during summer maybe, I just like how they look and I think it would be interesting to have them at some point. I mainly want to get more info on the topic and maybe some tips on how to grow them. I know i can just go on google but I think I can maybe get a more well rounded answer on here.

I attempted to start doing bmx about 2 years ago but stopped. Now i am feeling interested in starting again. I can do a bunny hop, endo, and wheelie but thats about it. What would be a good way to start and get better. I already have a bmx bike so thats no problem.

Im learning how to play Gd is Dead?, im getting the tabs from guitar world magazine but I'm confused on what it means when it has like a curve that looks like ----- going over two chords. Its two power chords than ---- over and the same power chord again circled does his mean I play it again or what? Then some chords are just circled, and I dont know what it means.

I think mines would be between Jimmy Page, Buckethead and Eddie Van Halen. Id just like to hear your guy's opinions.

I want to learn bass but dont want to spend over $300 I saw Dr. Tech bass on Sears.com for $108 in brown sunburst and I also really like the Fender Squier Bass Mustang for $256 on Musicians Friend. Im wondering if Dr. Tech basses are good though.
