How To Prepare for Lacrosse tryouts?
In a few months I have girls lacrosse tryouts and I was wondering how I should prepare for tryouts? Also what things will they look for during tryouts and what types of things do the do in the tryouts? Another thing I was wondering is how can I approve myself when I'm playing attack because I'm great at defense and middie but terrible at attack. How do I approve my shooting speed and endurance? When I'm center middie do you guys have any tips for the face off? Any help and advice is appreciated!!!!
