Well Me and this girl have been Flirting for about a week or 2 i talk to her everyday during 2nd period using facebook sense we have diffrent classes, and I see her at the end of the day everyday sense we have 8th period tennis together. I was Playing my Friend The other Day and I summoned Stardust... He Then Chained Bottomless to my summon and I used Stardusts effect to negate it... Although he told me i now couldnt do that because of the new Priority Rulings that were Being Released. Is This true? and could someone please explain to me the Priority rulings in general?
