What should I do when the same person bids on my Ebay item more than once at the same price?
Im selling an item for 10 dollars starting bid. One person has bid on it, and then 30 minutes later bid on it again at the same price of 10 dollars. Why is he doing that and why is ebay letting him. That makes no sense and intimidates other bidders because it makes it look like a hot item. What can I do?

I was smoking for about 6-7 months about every day and as much as i could. I recently stopped a week ago because it was getting out of control and making me extremely depressed and anxious and confused all the time. I love pot but I would like to know your opinions on how long i should take a break from it before smoking again. When I start again Ill be smoking a lot less mostly at night after my day is over. Any advice? Thanks!
