Okay so basically I have a lot of big eating ahead of me - tmr is pancake day, Thursday is a valentines meal, Friday I'm going out to Bella Italia, saturday I'm out all day in the city and will be eating out, Sunday to Wednesday I'm going on holiday and will be eating out and breakfast lunch and dinner! I'm already carrying a bit more weight than I should be and I need help to lose a few pounds before the weekend.

So, what I've already planned is giving up chocolate and sweets for lent, and I've already planned what I'm going to eat on Friday night, it's a healthier option. I do try to eat healthy and diet in the daytime but by dinner, all hell breaks loose and I end up gorging on all the things I have cut out from my diet or blowing out extra at the weekends. I also snack late at night and its so bad for me! I have tried eating a lot of fruit but I end up eating the unhealthy stuff in addition to it, just later on. I won't have time to exercise in the next week because my schoolwork will not leave me enough time to go for a run or go to the gym or whatever:( however any suggestions of tonal exercises I can do quickly in the morning or before bed just in my bedroom would be really helpful

I would like some advice on - how to stop myself snacking, binging and also let me know of any CHEAP remedies/ weight loss pills I can get from boots or superdrug that burn fat/calories or prevent snacking (or are there any vitamins that help burn energy faster?)

This is urgent because I don't have long left before I go on holiday, and I don't want to come back much heavier than I am.

I am 14, about 5'4 and im 53kg, is this overweight, normal, or underweight? because i feel fat..

Can anyone think of a pet that my mum will let me have in my room. Here's some things to think about:

Not a hamster (i've already had two)

No birds (too messy and noisy)

no rabbit (they poo a lot)

no reptiles (my mum won't let me)

doesn't leave many options eh?

its hard to think of something.

there must be some real clever person out there who can help me. :)

I'm still thinking about getting a gecko but I need to know if they are quick and fast moving. I don't want one if they will escape out of my hands each time I try to pick it up and I don't want them to escape. So if there is anyone out there who has a gecko or knows about them, can tou tell me if it is likely that they will escape or if they are fast moving.

im thinking of getting a gecko as a pet, but i wanted to ask if there was anyone with one who can tell me more about them and how to care for them. maybe someone experienced (or somebody who has had a gecko or currently has one). i need to know if they are hard to look after and if they are friendly. thanks xxx ly xx

My friend has african land snails and 1 garden snail. she keeps the snails in the same container and feeds them lettuce, cucumber etc. she knows quite a lot about animals and i don't see how. My question is, "is it sensible to keep garden snails and african land snails together?" oh and also if anyone else knows about african land snails or has them can u add a bit about them to your answer. thanks xxx

well, its been happening 4 about 2 weeks now n we tried a few creams but they all KILL my skin! you see, all of a sudden about 2 weeks ago, my hands started getting itchy and i couldn't stop scratching them! then they went all rashy like exczema and we tried a cream but it made them REALLY sting. now we have a new cream which seemed 2 work better until about 3 minutes later, they stung again but not as bad, ANY ADVICE?
