What is the difference between a ranger axle with a 3.45 ratio and a 3.55 ratio? Can These axles be interchanged?

I'm building an ar15 rifle chambered in .223/5.56. I purchased my lower from rguns.net. I was wondering if these lowers will accept any magazines without regaurd to capacity. I know in New York state there is a 10 round cap. Was curious if say a 30 round would fit or if these lowers were made only to recieve a 10 round mag.

I hate to admit it, but I have not read a book in years. Love reading, but got away. While I was out I was caught by a Ted Dekker book that was being given away from a library that was renovating. I read the book, bought a few others by the author and enjoyed them. I was wondering if anyone else who has read any Dekker books can point me to a few other authors that follow his writing style. I have taken on a pet project, before I buy a book to fix it, I was going to pull the engine to tear down to see if I can get it to run, because why spend money on something that is not going to work.
