So this guy asked me out today, and i still dont know what to tell him. I mean i like him but I'm not 100% sure i can handle him as a boyfriend, plus i dont want him to feel rejected if i say no. I like another guy, but i think i like him too. Help please idk what to do

So i met these two guys 7 months ago, we haven't really talked in the past, but they both find me hot. The first guy used to stare at me from the distance all the time, plus he's shy around me, he kind of likes me also we flirt all the time right now because i started having a crush on him, we get along really well but he likes more than one person, we both like each other and also told each other that, we talk like we're couples, but only in text plus i always text him first. He said he loves me so much but idk i can't believe him because he's aplayer also idk if i should like him That match because his personality isn't perfect and he's not good looking. The other guy is the definition of perfection to me, he finds me hot he said he would date him but we dont really know each other! So it's kinda hard also idk how do i talk to him he's sometimes really mean, once he texted me saying ' my love ' in my own language but idk how to make him fall inlove with me i mean idk how do i get to know him, help please
