my sister has been driving fr 33 years. during this time she had to vehicleswrecked, because of working twelve hour shifts at the hospital.she fell asleep at the wheel the cars were totaled.but she has had full coverage for years.it paid the vehicles.off.now after three years,she was on a shopping spree in her hometown,someone claimed she hit them and run.she din't know it happened. she hsd two kids in the car at the time,trying to find a place to park so she could shop. two men started yelling obscene yhing, like road rage. she couldn't understand him. she parked the car ,got out and went in to shop.two hours later,she left town to go out to her house in the country in greenville,al.the family members there was a deputy inquiring about the incident.she still was unaware of having an accident.a fam8ly member called her and told her to call the sheriff's dept.she did call, and the sheriff's dept. to come in for questioning.she came to the sheriff's dept.. just like she was asked to do

my boyfriend and i have been together for almost five years. he is not an affectionate person. i thought , overtime, he'd see how much i care and start wanting to hold me and make real love instead ''getting through'' and waiting a long time before he holds me again. when i hug him, he starts to find excuses to get away from me. i'vedone everthing possible to please him and when he's out of work for months at the time , i still make sure the bills are paid. i had to start drawing my social security early because i have health problems.at times , he seems like he loves me. he says he loves me, but i've always heard that ''action speaks louder than words''. what do you think?

a person i know sold my nephew a house on a rent-to-own basis.he is in debt up to his neck,because of wasting his bill money on unnecessary things.the man should live like a king.he draws more in one month,retirement money ,than i draw infive years.yet and still ,i pay my bills,if it means never having any money to buy myself a two dollar item.anyway,he is trying to make my nephew put a pile of money in the house so it will increase the value of the house and he can borrow a lot of money on it and the loan wont be paid off until fifteen yearshas past.my nephew will have the house paid for in about nine years.he''s not going to let my nephew have the bill of sale to the house until he''s paid his own personal off.isn''t this against the law?what can my nephew do?he has two kids and a wife.one of the kids is helpless.what kind of person can do this to another?

the man is 71.he was 55 at the time of marriage.the woman is50, thirty five at time of marriage.the man is retired ,25 years now ,spends most of his time at home.the child is twelve. he loves both parents.separation would would devastate him, but the woman is neglected for all these years.please help.

a friend has an ex who is financially stable with a36 year old son and is married again with a small son, has numerous bills, not able to work physically or mentally. the person is living on a fixed income, the ex is retired with homes paid for and a hefty bank account. this person is worried out of their mind about jail. could please clarify this issue for me? can this person pay several pymts. at once and then continue the regular pymts.
