What's the best apps for adult who are bad bad, but need it to get their GED?
I graduated high school a long time ago, the only problem is I graduated high school with an IEP diploma (Individualized Educational Program)and colleges don't accept people who graduated high school with an IEP diploma, because I was in special Ed and people made fun of me in my whole life, telling me that I'll never make it to college, and all I'm good for is basic skills, which is a lie because I know building maintenance and barbering.
most of these colleges told me that there's a string to pull to it and for me to go into their college on an academic level, I have to take some classes for GED to make up for those academic scores.
I need help with Math which is my worst subject. I checked on Google and all over the place but they always give me the worst apps to get better at math. I'm looking for the best app out there.
2 AnswersHigher Education (University +)2 months agoWhy do some Italians who were born in Italy, but currently live in the states, make fun of the way Italian-Americans cook their food?
I've eaten both chicken parmesan and spaghetti and meatballs, even though Italians in Italy don't eat that.
I've also eaten Italian food that you won't find in Italian-American restaurants. I speak and understand some Italian, so I'll hear native speakers from Italy sometimes criticize the ways Italian-Americans cook their food, and say things like merda or vomitare cibo meaning $__t or vomit food.
To me it's disrespectful, because most Italian-Americans preserved their heritage as much as they could, just like other ethnicities.
Yes sure some of the food that Italian-Americans cook isn't related to the way Italians in Italy cook their food, but so what?
Italians from Italy don't realize, that Italian- Americans and their ancestors, had to add certain ingredients in their food that didn't exist in Italy, and a lot of Anglo white people that went to Italian restaurants back then, ate food that required a lot of starch and meat, and that's when spaghetti and meatballs was invented, they had to pay the bills.
Sometimes Italians from Italy will complain about how Italian-Americans overcooked their pasta, and put too much garlic and sugar in their sauce, which is not always true. If anything they should try to help these people.
2 AnswersOther - Cultures & Groups2 months agoWhy do so many black Americans try to argue, annex, or amalgamate Hispanics, Latinos, Arabs, biracials, and others into their race?
At my job I'll have some black Americans that will tell me that I'm black, just because I have a little bit of black blood from my ancestors who came to Puerto Rico a long time ago.
I have ambiguously mixed features like a mulatto or mestizo, I don't look like a black person. So many black Americans are so colorstruck, they can't see a person for who they are, because the white man has groomed their minds into colorism, like the historic colloquial term "the one drop rule" where a person can be classified as black, just for having full or a little African blood.
The one drop rule only exists in America.
Another time I was in the grocery store shopping to buy some things and there was a group of men who were talking to each other in Arabic.
A black man tried to interrupt their conversation by telling them, "you're either a black man speaking another language or you're a white man speaking another language" and these men did not have any black features at all!!
To me it's a form of racial stratification. To me it puts whites on top, and anyone who is not white at the bottom with black people, even when they don't want to associate themselves with black people.
Biracials must have it the worst, because they're forced to pick a side just like Latinos and middle easterners.
Black Americans have been to thinking like this for hundreds of years and I'm sick of it.
I'm not responsible for their plight or their history.

6 AnswersMartial Arts4 months agoHey ladies why do some men refuse to eat 😺,but when I do it, other men try to make me feel gross about it? ?
To me it doesn't make sense why some men refuse to go down south on a woman, they don't mind getting head.
When I tell my friends I eat p*$$y, they give me the weirdest looks and they tell me I'm gross and need help. How though I don't get it? Real men eat p*$$y, right or am I wrong?
2 AnswersSingles & Dating4 months agoHow is American cuisine different from British cuisine? ?
I love the food of America, but I've never eaten any of the food that comes from British cuisine. I feel it's always good to try something new to eat.
Me and my bro have eaten different types of food in our native New York City, but British food never sticks out, but there's lots of restaurants in great Britain that cook American food. Strange.
7 AnswersEthnic Cuisine1 year agoWhere can I find a real Chinese restaurant in Chinatown Manhattan? ?
I'm not talkin about Americanized Chinese knock-off food, I'm talking about real traditional Chinese food.
I keep searching and I keep getting the same BS I even went online and all they do is give me Americanized versions of Chinese food.
I need someone who can direct me, someone who knows about Chinese food very very well, and can zero in on which restaurants to go to and which to avoid.
1 AnswerEthnic Cuisine2 years agoHas anyone seen the rap battle yesterday between Arsenal vs Cassidy? ?
I didn't get a chance to see it because it was on pay-per-view and I didn't have any money.
I seen Cassidy against Goodz, but I didn't see the rap battle between arsenal and Cassidy yesterday.
Some people say Cassidy one some people say Cassidy. I'm trying to look on YouTube to see if anyone posted any of the rap battles between these, but it's not there yet.
Whoever saw it please give in town to what happened.
Rap and Hip-Hop2 years agoHow do I decline or accept a commitment from a girl who is younger than me and wants to go out with me?
I miss him young girl while ago. We met on Facebook at first, and then we met in person with her mom.
Every time she sees me she winks at me, or she'll steal a kiss and run. She is very pretty and outgoing.
There is only one problem, she's 19 going on 20, and I'm 34 years old.
I asked her why couldn't she pick a guy her own age, she says because they're immature and stupid.
There are times where I can't even sit down and talk to her, without a hundred eyes looking at me.
By law she is of age, but everyone tries to make her and seem like she's younger than that.
I just want to be her friend, but she doesn't want to be my friend anymore, she wants to be my girlfriend, and she said that I have four days to make a decision.
What should I do in a situation like this, tell her to move on, or go with the flow?
2 AnswersSingles & Dating2 years agoHow do I deal with certain complicated people at the workplace, especially if they're new?
There is this new guy who just came into the barbershop. he used to own a barbershop years ago, but he doesn't own a barbershop anymore, now he works in one with the rest of us. He has a side job apart from barbering oh, so I don't see him as often.
But while he's here, he's been doing everything he can to irk and dander the crap out of me. For example, two weeks ago I was getting a haircut from one of the other barbers,I told the other Barber to cut some of my hair off the sides and leave the top alone, this new guy tells me oh it looks like you're not growing your hair or anyting and your receding so you might as well cut off the rest.
He asked me, how can you be receiving any hair if you don't have any children? I told him that it's hereditary that's the reason why my hair is receding, but I'm not bald.
Another time he asked me how old am I told him I was 34, he says that he's 37 and that I look older than him, I'm like 255 lbs this guy is like 160lbs, if I had thinned out I would look younger. Then he calls me a Marxist the last time I was making a conversation with someone else.
I'm thinking that he feels like he's at home and that he can just talk to whomever he wants, always and all ways.
I've been working at the shop for almost 3 years, and I've never had any major issues with anybody until he came along.
This man is married and he has seven children. I don't know what it is but there must be something in the air.
Should I crack him one or what?
