It is usally hot so the foods have to be heat tolerable. I suggested finger foods but she says no she wants something else. I suggested a Margerita machine and champange plus non alacholic drinks .

I was hired by a hospital back in 2006 and on my application I checked a no box when I should have checked the yes. I was in orientation for approx 20 min when HR called me up and said they had to terminate me because I lied on my application.

They paid me for the whole day plus severence pay. I called and asked why they paid me so much, I was told that all employees are paid severence when they leave.

I have been applying for jobs since and I have never gotten a response. I recently applied to one of the larger hospitals in my area and last week they sent me a copy of the backround check that they did on me.

The hospital from 2006 has a bad reference such as JOB ABANDONMENT-DO NOT REHIRE.

They also have a second entry that states VIOLATION OF RULES.

I have disputed this info because it is incorrect. What else can be done. It is causing me to not have gainful employment and a year of being homeless.
