I am just curious, not trying to cause misunderstandings or anything. I just don't know and can't find anything about it.

I am going to audition for some Kpop companies. Which one is better: Starship or Cube? (These are for after SM, YG, and JYP)

I want to auditon for JYP by doing an online audition

How long should the video be? I plan to sing and rap.

Do I have to dance? I have no dance experience.

Do I have to know Korean? I only know Hello and 5 letters of Hangul.

Would I have to pay for a plane ticket to South Korea if I got into stage 2?

If I make it as a trainee and into a group, would I have to compete against other groups to debut?

For at least 2 weeks, I have been exhausted, losing concentration, and for about 9, grades going from A to B to C to even D (as total school grade) even though I know how to do it and I am studying, and for at least 3 months I have lost some interest in hobbies. And for well over 5 months, I find it extremely hard to get out of bed even after 8-10 hours of sleep like there is a cement block on my chest and I could, and have, lay there for hours. I wake up anxious in the middle of the night night or just in general. I think I know whats wrong but I don't know. 😶😶

I have been dealing with anxiety and a panic disorder for 4 years, and bulimia and depression for 2 years. Bad thing is, every time I ask and talk about my anxiety and panic attacks, both the doctor and mother blame it on my insomnia. so far, no one has noticed the bulimia or depression. But I am SICK of not being helped. What do I do?

So I have been getting strong panic attacks for 3 years and I have severe anxiety, high depression and other things. Bad thing is, even after telling my doctor and parents (one is even a nurse) they blame it on my insomnia or ignore it. I need help for it but every time I ask, nothing happens and it gets tossed aside or blamed on something irrelevant. What do I do!?

I get extremely uncomfortable and disturbed deep inside of me (all I can think about as well.) What happens is if I click on the left side of a mouse, I have to do the same to the right side. Or if I brush into something on my right side then I have to do that on the left side. If I double click to go full screen on YouTube, I must do the same with the right side. Or, turning left or moving left in a video game, I must do so going right or turning right. Why is this happening? People commonly say, you are human that is why. But mine is a strong urge that I cannot control and is all I think about if I don't do it to my satisfaction. I feel the feeling of disturbance and discomfort that I can't stop and is very intense. Any answers? (And yes, it sounds dumb but this is something I am genuinely curious about)

About 6 months ago, my mom asked if I wanted anything like blush or lip gloss for school and I said no. But now I really want to wear eye liner, mascara, and maybe eye shadow. Possibly blush. How do I ask my mom? I have always written stuff Luke this in notes, but I am to scared to give it to her or leave it by her pillow! Please help me! Thanks!

I am going to a friends sleepover party for her birthday this Saturday-Sunday. Out of my luck, "it" started and is the heaviest it has ever been! While I slept, it leaked through my underwear, through my pants, and on my sheets!!! (And a little more than normal I think.) I stayed home from school today as it is super scary (my mom arranged it and convinced my dad) but it is still heavy! I have had to change my underwear 2 times and it is just barely past morning. My mother says that it will be fine and should be over with by then and if it is needed, then I will learn how to use a tampon. Yet mine always last about 5-15 days! D: Please help me fellow girls and women!!!!!

I have been having panic attacks and hard time breathing in or out. Should I buy a non-prescribed inhaler to help me!??!

I get panic attacks and also breathing problems that feels like I can barely breathe in or out. Sometimes I had a lot of trouble breathing while running. Do you think I can solve the breathing problems with aspirin?

He has cute blond hair and brown eyes. He is in my gym class and is very competitive and was on my cross country team as well. Sometimes out of the corner of my eye in gym, I see him looking at me. And sometimes I meet his eyes and we look then both look away to the teacher again. I see him at lunch hanging with my 2nd crush but he is amazing. (I will call him Hayden instead of his real name) Hayden is good at sports and will dive in front of the ball or people to let his team win. He did that to me once and while his team was off and mine on, he looked at me once or twice then stayed looking away. Today he stood almost in front of me in the car line under the shade. A lot of times, I see him walking down and a few times he looks at me a tiny bit.

Any advice???
