I was tossing around the idea of purchasing an existing bookstore in a town next door or possibly opening one in my own town. There would be very little competition in my town. There is a small local library and a used bookstore in an older less used part of the city. She has a very tiny store, stacked floor to ceiling and completely unorganized and everything is very old, and it's only open one day a week. However if I bought the pre-existing store in the other town there is a bigger chain store in the mall and a much better bigger library. Is opening a used bookstore a good idea at all?

What do you think good idea? Bad idea? Any other thoughts or ideas?

I've been looking at small to mid sized suvs like Honda CR-V, Jeep Liberty, Nissan Xterra. I've also been looking at sedans Honda Accord, Voltswagon Passat, I need a roomy vehicle with good gas milage I need something that's going to last a while. I'm looking at preowend vehicles under 100,000 miles between the years of 2001 and 2007? Any tips on these or other cars would be helpful.

Has anyone seen The Feast movies? There are three of them. What are your thoughts?
