Hey guys i heard this song during my schoolsa mile run and ive heard it before but i couldnt remember the name. some kind of describing parts of it is during the min beat or whatever it kind of sounds like one of the guys is saying "jump on it" repetivly or somthing that sounds like that and has a fast kind of techno style in the main parts while he is saying the jump on it or whatever. also if u have any experience with yoyoing i do beleive this song is sometimes used in competitions but i dont kknow. srry its not that big of a description of the song but hopefully someone will know it. Hey guys i need help for stuff to waer when airsofting to help block the pain i guess haha:) i need somthing light and not too thick so i still have good mobility. im mostly looking for stuff to waer for my arms and legs because my chest is fine. any sugjections? Easy come back or whatever you want to call it but not to easy that it comes back mid- trick

Hey guys i recently started cross country and every day i have stupid ankle pain during and after practice that makes it insanely hard to run.... Any tips to make it go away?(Oh and also any tips to prevent and relieve those side cramps everyone gets while running?)
