I would like to know if this game will run smoothly and visually correct on my laptop. It is just the generic shipped laptop with nothing added, so no graphic card or anything. If you know about computers and stuff, please let me know if this will run nicely? And if not, what I can do to make it run nicely if at all possible... Thank you so much

I am six foot one inches tall and weigh one hundred and sixty pounds. That being said, I am skinny. However what fat I do have is belly fat and I need to lose it quick for modeling purposes. I have almost a six pack but the bottom is covered.

I would like to know some detailed ab workouts especially, if possible. Right now I planning on just running almost every day (including sprints and long distance), doing basic ab workouts, and doing short daily workouts in the gym. I realize that this is probably not enough to get me there in the allotted time. So this is why I need YOUR help. Please anything you have to aid me will be of help... This includes diets, running ideas, intensive workouts, anything, etc. Please be as detailed as you can be with your suggestions. And believe me, I have plenty of time to do these workouts, so if your suggestion is two-a-days, that will not be a problem. Thank you for anything and everything you suggest. (if your response is a wall of text, that is perfectly fine, seeing as how mine was... Sorry!)
