My work contract says I am contracted for 30 Hours a week it also says that breaks are unpaid

Can my employer give me 30 hours then take breaks of that 30 hours leaving me with only 27 hours a week to be paid ?

Or

Do they have to give me 33 hours a week then take the 3 hours for breaks leaving me with 30 hours paid.

Ok I have a 60GB back compatible PS3. The internal hard drive is getting full so I seen that you can upgrade with a 2.5" sata hard drive.

The problem I have is the screws on the casing are stripped and can not be removed. I tried needle nose pliers has some utube vids show but there's nothing for them to grab they are really stripped the screws.

There seems to be a lots of conflicting information on the net regarding external hard drives and the PS3 what gives ?

If the hard drive cant be removed what is my best option to get more space. I wont to be able to install games and game save files and load them.

I have followed the instructions that come up to install the game when I insert the cd in to my computer and run setup. The setup file runs and every thing installs onto my computer as normal.

When I then hit Play Monopoly at the main menu the screen goes blank and after around 10 to 20 seconds a message comes up saying Monopoly as stopped working please close the programme, and windows will search for a solution.

I close the programme as that's the only option I have and nothing happens. I tried to right click the game and select check online for game updates but I get a message saying Windows was unable to connect to the games sever please check your network settings and try again. ( My network settings are fine and I am connected to the internet )

I tried to run the programme in compatibly mode for windows 95 under the games properties but I still have the issue I have also tried to run it as administrator.

My computer specs are

Windows 7 Home premium (service pack 1) 64 bit operating system

Processer Intel (R) Celeron (R) CPU B800 @ 1.5 GHz (2CPUs) 1.5 GHz

Ram 3GB

DirectX Version 11

Graphic Card Intel (R) HD Graphics Family - Memory 1298 MB

Sound Card IDT High Definition Audio CODEC & Intel (R) Display Audio

I started working for a new company at the start of last month and i am on a 6mths trail. After I started work I have got a date to go to crown court I have to go to this or I will be arrested. I dont really want to have to tell my new boss why i Have to go to court it nothing to bad but still. My boss said he couldn't give me the day off as there was already 2 people off that day. So i said i needed it off for legal reasons and he still thinking about it. Do they have to give me the time off?

I know it as a mic so you can do chat with no headset. But at the mo i have the person i talking to coming though my tv and its giving a echo at there end. So what i want to know is if i set chat to come thought headset will it come out of the kinect??? 10 POINTS BEST

I have a full hd tv that can support1080p i have just bought the new xbox 360 and a VGA Cable. I can only set the display to 480p? When i select 1080p the picture come up at fills the screen but there a Split (a Black line) At the bottom of the screen How can i fix this?

I had a disagreement with a supervisor at work. He was been verbal abusive and was drunk at work. He pushed me and pined me up against a wall. Then some one stepped in and sent me to a other room to defuse it. When i was walking away in come at me two more times, I have no injuries but i work in a hotel kitchen with machine and knifes and i feel it could off been worse if someone didn't step in. As i said he was DRUNK AT WORK. MY COMPANY KNEW HE WAS COMING TO WORK DRUNK. But did nothing as hes not attacked before. Under the health and safety at work act 1974. The company as a duty to care for its staff.

What are my rights do they have to sack him or can they just give a warning??

Its a white card and as my name and address and as were the polling sation is and my registered number.

I lent the game from a friend and finished it 4 times and gave it back to him. Now they released Chronicle 1 (Game Pack) would i need the game disc to play it??? or can i Just download it from the psn and play with no disc. It doesn't say you need the disc in the info which sometime it does??

I have the red plug in the red slot on the tv and the white plug in the white slot on the tv. I only get a fait sound that you can hardley hear. I have tryed to change the setting on the xbox dashboard and on my tv but no joy can any one help thanks
