lately i have become quite down and find it hard to enjoy myself.....i cry a lot and sometimes i lose interest in things quickly. I stay very quiet and listen to sad music which is besides me. I haven't been able to speak to any of my friends since they are all very busy and when i look at myself i see nothing. I am being to label myself as insignificant.....also i have been wanting to mark myself. :( it all sounds very bad ans i am afraid that if i don't know what is wrong things could get out of control...please help me :((

so this isnt like my first ex but he is the only one who i have missed the most and cared for the most. he is alwayz on my mind and i wanna know why is that. we didnt go out for a long time not even 2 months, like a month and a half maybe and we couldnt see each ohter except at skool but u know we were happy and we didnt have any problems so what i NEED to know is why he is hurting me so much and if it means that i love him cuz a lot of ppl have told me that mayb that is the thing so yea plz help me:(
